I also got a call from this number 786-275-5339 out of Miami, FL. Since we have property in FL I accepted the call. A man with a heavy foreign (Indian?) accent said he represented some health care organization and that I was entitled to some compensation for some surgery that I had. I said I was not interested and hung up. Now that I see your entry, I did have bladder surgery in '98, but I don't know if he really knew that. Kind of scary, I think.. How is this health care information getting out?

I received a call from a man with a heavy accent asking me if I or any member of my family had surgery in the past 2 years. I asked him why. He repeated his question. I asked why a second time. He hung up.

Called today asking for Lisa and was calling about my surgery.. I told him I hadn't had surgery in several years. He asked me if me or anyone in my family ha had bladder surgery. WTH???  

Call twice today and did not leave a message. If it is important caller would leave a message. Just ignore it.

Tired of these calls coming through from this number. It's a toll call for me and I refuse to answer so quit calling.

They have been calling me on my cell phone. I called back and a Indian sounding Gentlemen said that they were a Health Care Center that assists you with getting compensation for operations. It sounds like a fishing expedition, calling people related to some of the TV ads for class action suits. He wouldn't tell me the name of the company. Told him to remove my number from their list because I've never had surgery.

This number keeps calling me... Non stop, then it changed to a #002 number, but it is the same rude middle eastern man. Trying to give me "free" medical compensation for my bladder surgery.... Which I have NEVER HAD. I told then to stop calling... But they won't stop- the last time the man tried to tell me he was "officer lee" with the Florida state police! First- I live in California! Second- isn't it a felony to pretend to be an officer?! So I called then back about 10 times in a row... They hung up on me every time I asked to be on their do not call list... So I just kept calling... Incoming calls means no outgoing calls...

I could barely understand the man, his Asian accent was so thick. I asked why he was calling & he said it wasn't a sales call. So I asked him how he got my PRIVATE, PERSONAL & UNLISTED cell phone number, and he started his spiel. I could just make out the words "bladder surgery" (which I've never had) before asking him again how he got my number. He just continued with his script, so I told him to go f&*k himself before hanging up on him.

Just started receiving calls this morning from this number caller ID shows Russia. Two calls within an hour.

We bought GOLO and then within  2 days started getting phishy telemarketer calls or scamsters? We got this number and it said it was from Russia too. Did not answer, just hit the reject button on our phones, which now put future calls into the Spam/Trash/Reject box. So far, we have gotten an obnoxious call from someone claiming "we called them" about mental illness, then some fake on line "education" telemarketer, now the calls from Russia.......even though GOLO claimed on it website they didn't sell our information to any one else.....They better had not.....since weight loss is a medical issue, and any medical issue is covered by the H.I.P.P.A. laws now......I will file a formal complaint against GOLO with the American Disability Act government office ASAP.

They called very early, I was asleep and didn't answer. They didn't leave a message. I always check the Internet before calling back a # I don't recognize.

received call regarding bladder surgery that I may be entitle to settlement.  I did not have mesh procedure. no idea how this woman with foreign accent got my number.  she hung up before answering my  questions.

got a call from Medical Health Care #786-275-5339 and spoke with a guy that asked if i had any surgeries of hip replacements or mesh surgery and i said no but that didn't make him happy he asked me again the same questions but said maybe not today but maybe like 5 or 10 years ago and I still said no and asked him what part of NO did he not understand and he laughed thinking what i said was funny but it's not it's just annoying to get the same call every day 5 times a day after telling the first person to remove my name and number from their calling list.  will be getting another call in a few minutes with the same bull s*** for no reason at all.

I looked up this hang up number(x4 today) and thanks to all of you I knew who it was so I was ready for battle. As soon as I answered the phone I told the heavy accented woman that she was eligible for medical compensation for her previous bladder sling surgery. She said nothing for approximately 15 seconds so I repeated the same phrase and she said she "never had the surgery" .I told her I too have never had the surgery and if she called my phone again I will be calling the fraud department about her company and it's been quiet since then. Thank you for giving me the heads up on these aggravating people
