Yeah, multiple calls today and the first complaint about this caller and number was over 4 years ago. I'd like to think anyone with any sense would give up - apparently not. It appears as if the number will be on my call block for quite some time.

It really ticks me off.  These politicians pass laws that make it illegal for my company to solicit for sales by phone and then exempt themselves.  What a bunch of A Holes.  They think that they are the ruling class and we are the pee-ons.

I called this number back and it comes up as a charity fun raiser business for not only political parties (all) but, other charities as well and it says on the recording that they will not call any longer after 48 hours if you use the prompts to place your number on the -do not call any longer list.

Quite annoying!!

I did the same thing and got the same message.  Hopefully these calls will end.  I still went ahead and put them on my blocked caller list.

For those getting calls to their cell phones, if you have a "smart phone" you can add the number to your contact list (assign it any name you wish) and then have it sent straight to voice mail.

Have been getting these calls several times a day for several weeks now.  I never answer & they never leave a message.  Caller ID says "RPOF" which I assume is the Republican Party of Florida.  Don't these political parties realize that by antagonizing the very voters they are trying to win is a losing battle??  I am already on the Do Not Call registry, but I guess they are exempt, unfortunately.  VERY ANNOYING!!!!

I returned a call to this number.  I did get a recorded answer.  It is "Strategic Planning" which makes calls for charities and political parties.(Your name has probably been sold by organizations you have supported in the past.)  I pressed the option to have my name put on their DO NOT CALL list.  Suggest all of you do the same.  Message said it took 48 hrs to go into effect.  Since I get 3-4 calls per day from them, I can't wait for the 48 hrs. to be up!!!!

this number first came in with just miami fl on the caller id.  I don't know anybody from there but answered it and they hung up.  I blocked the number and now it comes up as RPOF and when you call back it is a fax line.  They call over and over and over.  5 times in 3 minutes.  Anyone know who this is?

I get calls all the time from this #, and I just don't answer anymore. I wish they would stop bothering me.

This call is coming from the Republican Party of Florida.  I have asked to have my name taken off of their list, but get several calls a day.  No one their when I pick up, which I don't do any more.

Received several calls and I finally answered telling the caller to cease calling which was two days ago.  Today I got another call from RPOF but a different person.  I told her about the previous call and she promised to remove my number from their call list.  I threatened to file a complaint with the SAO for harassment.  I also filed a complaint with the Do Not Call organization.  Will wait to see what happens.

They call my home every single day, never leave a message. I don't answer the phone, if I don't recognize the number.

Called my cell phone and left no message. I guess it's not important. I don't answer my cell phone if I don't recognize number.

Just called my cell...A fellow (Spanish accent) asked for me by first name...when I said "speaking" they disconnected.

To bad really...I would have liked to tell him where ALL political parties can go at this point and time.

I received the same call just 2 min. ago...asked me for a $250 donation. I said now is not a good time. He said "I see, but you dont have to make a donation right now...it could be in a month or so", yada, yada, yada...what the hell is with all the BS. If he calls back I am hanging up. Sounded like a heavy set spanish guy without the spanish accent.

YES, calls my workplace every single day asking for my husband by his first name like they know him personally or something...I say he isn't here and they just keep calling.....

It's the Republican Party of Florida. I told them that I haven't lived in Florida for a year and a half now, and they responded by saying that that doesn't mean I still can't donate them. I came back by saying that with that logic, the same is true of the Republican Party in any other state.

Several calls on one day.  Seen using Verizon's call assistant (caller ID on their web site for those of us who don't have it on our phone).
