This company keeps calling my dad for a product he never received. They call him at all hours and keep telling him that if he doesn't pay they will garnish him and many other illegal tactics. I get on the phone and the tell me they are attorneys and a judge is ready to sign the order. I ask them how they validated the debt and when or when they filed their complaint. They tell me they don't have to file anything because my dad owes them and the judge has all the information and will sign the garnishment in discuss FDCPA with them and they have no clue and hang up.  Oh did I forget that this all occurs in Spanish. This is going on almost three years. I am about to file on their happy little illegal rears with the FTC maybe they can all get deported to wherever they came from.
