Nice try! But you've failed! Again!
You fraudsters just don't get it do you? Everyone finding their way here is going to learn (Quickly!) that a notice of validation will be received, by mail, BEFORE any debt is to be paid. NOT e-mail or fax.! As per federal regulation under the FDCPA.
If no notice of validation is received by mail, pay them NOTHING! If a collector won't give you a verifiable, physical address, pay them NOTHING! Believe NOTHING you're told on the phone. Believe NOTHING you receive via e-mail. E-mail is legally valid for...NOTHING! VERIFY EVERYTHING!
Now, why don't you give us "Tiffanys" address. You have that letter....right? We'll be waiting. And don't give us a P.O. Box or a "suite" number at a mail drop. We can expose those faster than frauds can get new ones. Just give us the full name and return address on that letter. I'm betting that you won't post a thing. If you do you'll have something to say like..."I already threw it away" or "I don't see why I should give you any information....". We hear the same BS every day.
Skeff Ett Liv!

I received a call from Tiffany Garner telling me that I had a past due pay day loan in her office. I know like 2 years ago I had taken out like 13 + pay day loans and my bank account was over drafted causing me to bounce checks all over the place.
I know that the pay day loan places can charge whatever they want but oh my was i in for a shock i have paid off 5 already with several different firms that have charged me over 2000.00 $ in interest. What is the deal with these pay day places do they like ripping off hard working people???? Anyways this Tiffany was able to remove a whole bunch of fees for me but could not get me the original documents from this loan I took out due to it not being paid which I know is the case because the other firm I was paying said the same thing. However she did get me documentation of this debt within a hour it was a company e mail from her Secretary saying how much I own when I took the loan out and so on. This company ssm group was charging me 2762.42 for a 1000.00 loan I took out out 2 years ago ... i paid Tiffany 1375.62 and I have my letter saying its all taken care of. Im not so sure why the charges are so high but my goodness

This is a long summary, but you need to read it carefully if you think you are being threatened by a debt collector.
The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) includes statements such as this:
* Every collector must send you a written ?validation notice? telling you how much money you owe within five days after they first contact you. This notice also must include the name of the creditor to whom you owe the money, and how to proceed if you don?t think you owe the money. ["Written" means snailmailed ... not emailed or texted] <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
* Debt collectors may NOT
- repeatedly use the phone to annoy someone.
- falsely claim that they are attorneys or government representatives
- falsely claim that you have committed a crime
- falsely represent that they operate or work for a credit reporting company
- say you will be arrested if you don?t pay your debt
- say they?ll seize, garnish, attach, or sell your property or wages unless they are permitted by law to take the action and intend to do so
- communicate with consumers at their place of employment after being told this is unacceptable or prohibited by the employer.
- say that legal action will be taken against you, if doing so would be illegal or if they don?t intend to take the action
- use a false company name
- take or threaten to take your property unless it can be done legally;
The debt collector may not garnish your wages unless there is a court order to do so.
+ Many Federal benefits (including Social Security Benefits) are exempt from garnishment
You have the right to sue a collector in a state or federal court within one year from the date the law was violated. If you win, the judge can require the collector to pay you for any damages you can prove you suffered because of the illegal collection practices, like lost wages and medical bills. The judge can require the debt collector to pay you up to $1,000,
Report any problems you have with a debt collector to your state Attorney General?s office, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

I had the same conversation with Tiffany today, too! Yet, even though I paid my bill off last year, she is telling me that I was de-frauded by the other company and I still owe. With all the "fees", I owe over $1500.00. When I told her the name of the company I paid, she looked them up online and for over half an hour, told me what a joke that company is, yet when I told her I looked up her company with the BBB and I was reading the same thing, she was quick to say that the people making the negative claims weren't even their customers. I asked for documentation and she replied the company won't release that information until the account is paid in full. She is willing to settle for $400, tho...I filed a claim with the BBB and waiting to hear back from them....be careful....

When it comes in, take a close look at the fees. Also, find the original creditor and confirm with them about this. If they say you owe nothing at all, get that in writing via mail as well and send a copy to this company. I suppose it could be legit, but could be a scammer who got some information on you and is trying to exploit you. Be careful and send nothing until all is verified.

Still not sure about this. A girl named Tiffany has been calling me about fees owed from an online loan I got I guess back in 2012. I payed cutter group back eventually but according to them, I owe transaction fees to the total of 766.00! Now she being all nice and is sending me legal documents within 10 business days! Is that possible? She gave me a claim number and the company is bluestein and hirsh associates out of Buffalo NY. Is this legit?
