I saw this phone number on my cell phone, when I called a lady answered; then, she said she'd check. After that she asked my full name and  a?ress...I doubed and stopped right away. I wonder how they can get our cell phone although I already reported "Do not call"!

THIS DAMN NUMBER JUST CALLED ME TODAY APRIL 18, 2014 APPROX. 10 AM PACIFIC TIMEZONE.. AND SIMPLY SAID MY ACTUAL NAME.. "IS THIS DAVID LAWRENCE" I SAID, "YES THIS IS DAVID' THEN THEY HUNG UP. SO MANY PEOPLE SAY IF YOU DON'T RECOGNIZE THE NUMBER DON'T ANSWER..WELL JUST BECAUSE YOU DON'T RECOGNIZE A NUMBER DOES NOT MEAN ITS NOT A LEGITIMATE CALL.. WHERE DO THESE IDIOTS COME FROM..ANOTHER THING TOO THAT I HAVE BEEN GETTING IS PEOPLE CALLING ME SWEARING UP AND DOWN I JUST TEXT THEM.. AND I CHECKED ON IT FROM GOOGLE AND IT INDICATED THERE IS THIS GOING ON.. YOU GOT TO BE CAREFUL WITH THIS FAKE TEXT CALLS CAUSE GOOGLE SAYS THE TWERPS CAN USE IT AGAINST YOU EVEN THREATEN YOU.

We get called every day sometimes twice.  They NEVER leave a message, very irritating!

This is the 3rdcall I have gotten from this number.... one just this morning and another on March 26, 2014...... and have gotten one on April 4, 2012  I am also on the do not call list..... which does no good....

I get calls from "My Advocate" too.  They left a message stating social services called.  They do say it so fast that it does sound like Social Security and medicare insurance.  They are from what I am reading here scammers and even though the DNC is supposed to stop this kind of thing, they know they cannot be stopped.  The legal system won't help either.  They violate our privacy and the right to enjoy your life.

This # appears 4-5 times a day on my phone. However, whomever is calling NEVER leaves any message. I don't know who they are or what they want.

They call me almost every morning about 9:30am

Looks like these people are busy this morning. I'm on the Do Not Call list and have reported them today. According to http://www.spokeo.com/786-300-telemarketers#7863004086 these people are telemarketers out of Miami and have quite a few complaints already.  It looks as if there are quite a few telephone numbers associated with them as well: 786-300-4086, 786-300-4081, 786-300-4080, 786-300-1523, 786-300-3998, 786-300-4004, 786-300-4084, 786-300-4001, 786-300-7071, 786-300-9399, 786-300-2065, 786-300-9638.

They called today, 2/6/14, at 9:38 am..  I did not answer.  They also called yesterday but hung up very fast after they heard my voicemail.  I never answer unless I know whose calling.  They must be idiots to keep on calling.

Please! Make them stop! This is harassment. They call me at home, at work in the evenings and in the morns! If I lose my job because of these unwanted harassing phone calls, there will be consequences. Geesh!

Caller ID says "My Advocate" and they ask for my adult son by name.  I asked if there was a message. They say they will call another time. Caller is male with African or Caribbean accent.

They call many times a day, I haven't answered, but called back the number ab gota recordkng asking formyphonenumber!

They have been calling me everyday up to 8 times per day for the last month - I finally  picked up and got an answering machine - and saying it was "Social Services" - I left a message and asked WHY all the calls and no messages Everyday!!?? Since then, the calls stopped. Anyone know who they are??

The call I received today was from a woman claiming to be calling from my grandmother's insurance. She said it was about Medicare Part B and knew what insurance company my grandmother had. She asked if I had POA and explained that meant power of attorney. She sounded legit, except for the foreign accent and the fact that my grandma's insurance doesn't call her.

Keep getting calls from this number. I answered once and it gave a "**** is not in. If you care to leave a message do so after the tone". The number is now on my blocked list.

Same thing happens to me, and the number they use is Social Services, you would think they were the Social Security Office.  How convenient.  I am on do not call list, and it doesn't help, they call at least three times and day, and as early as 8:00 am.

I am afraid we are going to receive more of these calls as Obamacare takes effect.  These group does not get the message that I all ready have my insurance, and I had them before, but they started charging me, so I cancelled.

Got a call on 8/29/2013 asking for Milda Baker.  She does not live here and has not for many years.  How did they get her name?  Why do they keep calling for her?  I am on the "Do Not Call" register.  Please investigate and stop this.
