I have phone number 786-309-8501 texting my 13 year old son several times a day for months.  Who is this from and how can I get them to stop?

Mexican is not a language you ignorant moron. Latinos speak SPANISH this includes ALL latin countries such as Puerto Rico, Spain,Argentina and MEXICO

called from 786-309-9185 on Jan 18 2012 and said he was Agent Henry Pollins from Homeland security at Miami Airport and that I had a package there and needed to pay $2575 for transfer fees. He then transfered me to his boss when I questioned him and he referred me to his boss who also tried to help me thru the process to try to get my money his phone is 786-871-0131

They seem to have shut down this number and the Hello America/Movilcom scam.

Now they have started robocalling from 786-871-0154 trying to sell a beauty product.

Oh and I don't think they are from Mexico or Mexicans, but it wouldn't surprise me if they are overseas. They aren't Cuban or Argentina. I rule out Venezuela due to the business climate. Maybe from Costa Rica?

You know you can sue these people for $500 each call you get ($1000 each call after you tell them to stop.)

You can do it yourself in small claims court you only pay the filling fee.

If eveyone did this they would go out of business.

Also make sure that your number is on the national DNC (donotcall.gov) of course they don't follow this (my number is registered since 2007) but then you can file complaints against them.

If everyone did what I suggested they would go out of business eventually.


If the scammers are reading this: I don't hate you guys and if you call me one time I wouldn't care. But what the hell business are you running? If you call me once and actually talk to me and I tell you I don't want your crap, why the hell would you call me again, hell I could understand getting a 2nd or even 3rd call, but EVERY SINGLE DAY!? Why would I want your product after you harass me? Stop wasting my time, your money and your time. These scammers shut down their phone number and started spamming for a beauty product from 786-871-0154. They DON'T STOP CALLING. I get to my office every day and have 3 or more missed calls from these people! I told them to stop calling and they actually told me "Ok, I am going to make sure you get more calls."

So far this has worked, I haven't received any phone calls for past 4 days. If you press 9 when the recording starts, I believe it kicks your number out of their system. They have about 5 #s that they call from, one of them ending in 9182. You have to do this with each # that calls you. Hope it works for all of you too.

i swear some people... Oh and just to let everyone know I'M PUERTO RICAN AND PROUD!!!!! My daughter is From puerto ricann parents but she was born here.She's almost 2. Being born here makes her an american citizen and she's starting to speak and guess what shes learning Spanish. The point is that just because someone knows spanish does not mean they are illegal. Also, is not just spanish any language as well. I am happy for all those people that speak more than one language and that learn about other cultures.

I have the same problem they have me so agravated and angryyyyyy! I dont know how they got my number and they call endlessly. I ignore their calls and they call one call after another. Today they did that and they kept calling,i ignored their calls until they got me angry i called back and told them to take my numer out of their list and they just hung up on me. i called back and told the guuuy that answered that he had hung up on me and he said with an attitude in spanish "lady stop calling and bugging just dont answer the call" and he hung up on me again. Another time before the same thing happened but it was a lady and i called and she hung up. I called back and asked to speak to a manager she hung up again. I called back again and ask her i she hung up on me sheh ad a nasty attitude she said in spanish to stop bugging her and  that she refused to put a manager or supervisor on the phone she kept saying how may i help you almost screaming at me. She then yelled at me and said have a good day and hung up... Im so tired of theses people caalling me pleasse if anyone knows wat to do please help me. i would take them to court if i had money.oh i forgot to say they call advertising some sort of phone for free.


Oh and for those that dont know what they are saying they say  " are you tired of getting your phone cut off,are you tired of contracts bills to high we present you to hello america! we can provide you with a free phone. press 1 if you want one"

As soon as you press one you get transfered to a spanish speaking agent but if you sound like you dont speak spanish or pissed of or u say stop calling in spanish or english they hang up on you right away. Thiey are PISSING ME OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have been calling me for almost a year nnow and they call me from different numbers all the time but the same area code and im from Cleveland, Ohio my area code is 216 so i know to ignore their calls when i see 786 but ive tried so many times to have them stop calling me and they just kepp doing it. if someone knows something please let me know.

This number keeps calling me and I would like it to stop.

Is there any way that someone can put 786-309-9185 on a list for other bot caller to call. Then the bots can talk to each other. I have also registered the number with the do not call registry.(they still call)
I have also called the Dept of Homeland Security to register a complaint. They are offering SS#S and IDs without birth certificates required.  
Can some other people here please call and com[lain too. Because if I was in Florida I would find these guys and end these calls myself.

i am getting them too. I got linked to this number from GLOBO tv. That is the big tv provider from brazil. Te phone calls are about getting IDs and ss# without having IDs or a green card. Somebody needs to report this to Homeland Security.

They do not stop calling me and they speak spanish, which i don't.

I purchased a cricket phone in Sept and continuously get calls from this number in Spanish!! I cannot seem to get a live person to ask them to stop calling? it is day and night????

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe if we get hooked on phonics, we too will be able to decipher the advanced language of Mexican ;)

My new cell phone w Verizon gets all sorts of junk calls including from 786-309-9185 and 786-464-818

The calls are in spanish, which i can't understand.  Return calls to number ring, get answered, & they just hang up on me.

It's happening to me too... I have never been able to get in touch with anyone. I reported it on donotcall.gov    Maybe do the same.

they have called non stop on my cell 925-206-7496, they keep calling four times a day, i even almost got fired because they called me at work, please make them stop!
