786-329-6595 called 10-10-09, about 5pm EST on my cell - listened to me responding - like a creep - then hung up.
Earlier today, got a call from a BLOCKED # "(PRIVATE)"  REQUESTING PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL INFO VIA RECORDING - I L/M TO DNC AND THAT THEY WILL BE REPORTED -  THEN CALLED TELEPHONE PROVIDER:  THEY CANNOT TELL US, THEIR CUSTOMER,  WHO'S CALLING FROM A BLOCKED #
HERE'S THE "DNC" - DO NOT CALL NATL REGISTRY # 1-888-382-1222.
PLS CALL AND PUT YOUR TEL # ON THIS DNC LIST.  THEN, IF THIS 786-329-6595 - AND/OR OTHERS CALL AGAIN,  LET'S REPORT THEM AND PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!

This number called me and left no message its about the second or third time they do this.

This number keeps trying me and does not leave messages. I tried to call back but I get weird signals. How can you get them to stop the calls?

I received a call from this number on my cell phone today.  When I answered, I received an automated message that they are some non-profit looking to help homeowners, I hung up before the message finished.  When I called back from a landline all I got was music.  Robo calls in Florida are illegal.

They called me and left no message.

every week i get a call 2-3 times on my cell phone i do not pick it up , i hope they go out of bussnies

I just had a conversation with a rep (who seemed a nice guy) and what they do is mortgage restructuring, i.e. trying to get you a better deal with your lender if you have a hardship condition. The rep said that some programs require a "donation" - to them. This can be valid non-profit work though the boiler room aspect and the possibility of a required "donation" make me suspicious. In any event, I doubt that their not-for-profit status makes their robocalling legal, despite their claim otherwise

they called I said hello then they hang up on me. I called back twice and the phone line open then they hang up without saying hello. very creepy.

They called and lefty no message.

They are a non profit who help homeowners struggling to pay their mortgage.

I was actually helped by this organization, they provided me with free counseling. Because of that help, I was able to save my home from foreclosure.

I received calls from 786-329-6595 in two different cell phone numbers. No messages were left on voicemail. I called back and all I got was music.

Have been receiving calls to my cell phone from this number daily for the past week. Got the same cheesy music when I tried to call them. I filed a complaint with the FCC. Enough already!

Called my cell phone and didn't answer when I picked-up and didn't leave a message. I'm on a "do not call" list and I don't appreciate such a call!

By the way, I store all of these unwanted phone numbers in my address book and I name them "DO NOT ANSWER".  That way when they call again (and I know they will), I know not to answer the phone! Works for me!!

No one said anything when I answered the phone.

I called back the number and a live body answered.  I asked them to please remove me from their list or I would report them.  She told me that I could report them to whomever I wish.

Got this call on my cell phone and businesses are not supposed to solicit on cell phone. Didnt leave message havent called back yet as of 1 month

Got a call from (786) 329-6595 which hung-up after two rings. On calling back I heard faint music but no voice. I am on the DNC list so this call is illegal

Wow, funniest comment I read so far!

This call came in on my cellphone which I did not answer.  I called from a land line and had to call 3 times to get the name of the company which is Home Solutions. Since I'm registered on the 'Do Not Call List' asked to have my number removed.  The woman said it would take 48 hours.
