I received a very threatening phone call from 786-329-7124.  Said he was a lawyer and threatened me.

I received a call from 786-329-7124. He left a voice mail on my cell phone. He did not identify his company. He told me that this was in regards to a legal issue and that I or my lawyer better call him back. If I would contact him, he MAY be able to help me. Otherwise, good luck. I have yet to return the call. He had a heavy Indian accent and had trouble speaking English.

Yea I got several. This one is a woman saying "it would be your best interest..."  VERY thick indian accent.

These people called my phone and left 16 messages and all of them have been w/ a very thick indian accept. I don't have any outstanding debt w/ any payday loans and this is annoying.

this is a scam dont buy into it .they have been calling me and i tell them to kiss my a**.

I don't agree with you as i have paid them 3 times in last 1months and they are sending me all the document.
And also they have send me the authorisation code for my payment.

This group of people are using the company name Arrowhead Investments which is a legit company out of Utah.  I called Arrowhead yesterday afternoon and they are aware of the scam.  They have been trying to shut down this organization but are having problems because they are not in the United States.  Federal law requires that a claim against you must in sent to you in writing.  This group will not do that which is the first clue that they are a scam.  Anyone who has sent money is out of luck.  If you want piece of mind call Arrowhead and confirm you do not owe any payday loans.  They are very helpful but of course frustrated too.

if u call the number back like i did they give u the company name of FINANCIAL CRIME DEPARTMENT. all who answer the phone are indian....i am glad i called back now the police department can deal with them....

i just got a call from 786-329-7124 it was a afgan or indian guy saying he was a law inforcement looking for someone at my number....i jus got this phone and they are constantly calling....beware because i am reporting them to the police department for law inforcement impersonation.

You guys!  Do not pay these people!!!  It is a scam that is being run out of India!  Once they have your credit card number they will continue to use it!  If you have already given them your credit card number, you need to cancel the card and dispute the charge.  NEVER give anybody your information unless they provide to you WRITTEN documentation that you actually owe a debt!  This is the second time I have tried to be scammed.  They get your information from a previous payday loan that you have taken out.  All of you information is public and sold to other payday loan sites in the hopes that you will also entertain obtaining a loan from them, based upon your past use.  However, your phone number and e-mail address are now floating around out in cyberspace for any hacker to obtain...even the ones from India.  Please...educate yourself and should you get phone calls like this (the last guy was flirting with me on the phone when I told him to stick it and I knew he was a scam) report them to your local attorney general.  It's simple to file a complaint online by filling out a form.  Just google search your local attorney general.  Please...again...do not give them any personal information and for God's sake do not give them your banking information or credit card numbers!!!  If you already have...cancel the card and ask for a reissue and change your checking account.  Better to be safe than sorry!!!

I paid to this guys by my credit card on last friday and they send me the document regarding my loan.
I think they are genuine.

i got the same call but its not listed as a company!!! what should i do? is it real do i need to pay them my money?
