National College Interviewers - Selling online education "advising"
According to the "supervisor" I had them connect me with, they are using internet calling to automate phone calls and apparently are using very old database information. (Had my number and an old address).

This is the second time I received a call from this exchange (Miami, FL). They left no message.
I always let UNKNOWN of RESTRICTED or unknown numbers roll over to voice mail. It if is a valid call, the caller will leave a brief message. Then I can store that number in my contact list. Otherwise, I store numbers like this as "ZZ Telemarket" or "ZZ Political" so they sort to the bottom of my contact list and I can ignore the next incoming call.

Got a call today.  Didn't pick up and they didn't leave any message

Received a call today; did say anything, Only heard the pre-receorded "Goodbye!"  Thanks for the info.

2:56 pm Oct 23- on my cell phone.... no answer, a blip and then a pre-recorded good-bye- that what I got from this number!

Someone called and asked for Melvin, and when I told him that he had the wrong number, he asked me if I wanted to further my education. He also asked me my last name (which I didn't tell him). He called on my cell phone.
