I got the same phone call from a Rose Rodriguez who has a strong Indian accent.  Nonetheless, I asked for a number I can get a hold of them and she wouldn't give it to me. I told her that she was scam and to remove me from her list.

THESE PEOPLE CONTINUE TO HARRASS US AND LIE.  THEN THEY GET MAD AND HANG UP ON YOU.

Same.   I asked them to send me the copy of the contract and if I determined there was an account to be cancelled then I'd call them.  They stated it didn't work that way.  She actually asked me why I was giving them such a hard time, they just wanted to cancel the account.  I said, "Even if I had an account, which I don't, why do you want to cancel it so bad?!?!"  She hung up...  My next question was going to be where can I find a copy of their publication.

For days kept calling my office, but when answered, no-one was there.  Finally, spoke to an individual that I couldn't understand, except that he was from our yellow pages listing cancellation dept.  He said to continue the listing it would cost $649.00.  I told him to cancel, he then tranferred me to his supervisor who told me that we owed them $649.99 for services rendered.  I told him to fax over the billing and the details and was then hung up on.  This is a huge scam........ask for everything in writing and you won't hear from them again.

What a waste of time.  I love this site.  I could hardly understand his non english speaking self.  I played along and then hung up.

Recieved call from this number stating my online yellow pages was to expire.  I told them my internet web site was with ATT Yellow Pages and asked her if if this was ATT?  She said it is your local yellow pages.  I told her I have my contract with ATT and hung up. Shut these people down.  They are scamming people.

ADAM CALLED ME TOO!  I CALLED THE REAL YP TO REPORT THEM!  EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS SCAM.  DO NOT VOLUNTEER ANY INFORMATION AT ALL TO THESE PEOPLE!!!

Got same call from heavy accent guy named Adam........this is a scam.....don't talk to them at all!!! I called the "Real YP" and they confirmed that I owed no $$$ to them for advetizing

We keep getting calls from 786-358-0568.  We are in (617) area code.  No one speaks; just clicks and hang up.  Is this a scammer harvesting phone numbers where a person will answer?

Same thing happened to me. The first flag came when he claimed to be from the "cancellation" Dept. Why would someone volunteer to cancel their own service? He gave a name and employee number and offered to cancel my Yellow Pages internet ad. I said, "sure, cancel it".  He said he would do so and SEND ME MY LAST BILL OF $600. I of course told him I wasn't about to pay it. He insisted that I had an account. I told him that if there was one it was set up fraudulently, and he wouldn't get a dime from me. I then hung up while I was still behaving like a Christian ("whew"). He hasn't called back.

HAS CALLED HERE FEW TIMES,  HANGS UP WHEN WE PICK UP.  SUPER ANNOYING. TRIED CALLING # BACK  AND CAN ONLY GET A BUSY SIGNAL.  THIS  KIND OF CRAP NEEDS TO STOP

Same thing here....they call everyday lately...at least 3 times a day.  Everytime I pick up the phone they hang up.  Tried to call back that # to tell them to STOP calling me...but call never goes thru.  Finally did a web search to find out where the area code 786 is located & found out it is in Florida.  Then proceeded to do the whole # search & found this site.  So glad to know what the heck this is all about!!!!!!  There's got to be something we can do about this!!!!

I received a call from someone claiming to be with the yellow pages also.  I could barely understand the accent he said his name was Adam Smith I think I could have come up with a better name if I was him. Scam Scam Scam

I just say crazy things to them when they call.  This frustrates them and they dont understand.
They hang up.  I win.    If everyone took  the thiefs time on the phone, we would put them out of business.

Got a call from FL saying yellow pages cx.. SCAM.. said they would mail final cx payment stating owing 649.00 what a joke.. Hung up on him name given was a "Denzell Martin"

Today I received a call twice from same number 786 358 0568 and no one answered.  Later on upon running this number on google I came across this site.. Yes folks this is a scam call please be careful.  Now a days people are resorting to scamming.  This is the second time I come across earlier there as a different 1800 number and he was inquiring about employment minimum wages.

Isn't there someone like the FCC we can report this company to? Same deal, "the owner already approved the $690 bill for last year, need you to confirm cancellation and authority to pay the $690 or will auto renew and you will be billed $1200". I told them nothing ever authorized, bill away - we won't be paying. Show me contract we signed for anything.

Keep getting calls and hang ups.  One time asked for owner/manager and then hung up.  Really annoying.

SAME B S  STORY AS Notscammingme'S ,,Calling stating they are with online yellow pages and our subscription is up, if we do not cancel then we owe $1500.00. If we cancel we only owe $690.00 THIS JOKER HAD AN INDIAN OR PAKISTANI ACCENT & ASKED IF I WAS THE OWNER OR MANAGER AS WELL,,I SAID I WAS THE EMPLOYEE IN CHARGE AT THE MOMENT & BEING ORNERY AS I AM,,I STARTED SCAMMING HIM,,THIS IRRITATED HIM SO MUCH HE HUNG UP IN MID SENTENCE IN DISGUST,,I TRIED CALLING THEM BACK MANY TIMES & GET A CONTINUOUS BUSY SIGNAL

Exact same thing here at the place I work. Sounded too fishy, I hung up on him , they have tried to call back two more times. I'm going to report this to someone.
