don;t call back that number/  It just gives them the ok it is a good number so they will only keep calling

the phone keep calling date & night over a couple weeks, even at 10PM nighttime, tonight (10/27/09) we answer the call, there is old woman's voice looking for Patty Smith, we said why Bank Of America looking for person at nighttime, and she hand up.

I got a call from this # did reverse look up nothing came up, but said Miami FL they called my house at 9:45 pm, I wasn't home to answer but they didn't leave a message so when reverse # didn't work I googled and got this site

I just called the number back and got a recording stating something to the affect of selling Bank of America Products.  These guys work in sales!!!  Next time they call they will get my fax machine....lol!!  TRY IT..IT STOPS THE CALL UNTIL THE NEXT J***-OFF COMPANY GET YOUR NUMBER!!

I just received a phone call from this number and did not answer.  The caller ID name is "AMERICA BANK OF" while I receive actual phone calls from the bank under the proper name; "BANK OF AMERICA"

If that doesn't scream sketchy, I don't know what does...

i have been getting calls, too. i called back and a lady answer and started yelling that it was me calling her. i guess she gas some mental ilness. i reported the number to bank of america.

Received calls many times day & night from this "Miami FL" number.  Working with BOA to 'opt-out' of all their foolish scams.

It is annoying to keep getting these calls. They always get vm. I emailed boa about it.

Several times a day calls from 786 3585528. I believe this is not Bank of America. We have never had an account with them nor we have visited their offices

Caller ID says Bank of America with phone number of 786-358-5528.  Caller leaves
message on home phone that they can lower my interest rate to 6.8%, yet doesn't identify what account they are referring to.  I do have an account with BOA so
 I called them, they knew nothing and had no such offers.  I gave them the number and they called it.  Said it was not associated with them and they would report it.  Don't understand how they can have Bank of America show on Caller ID yet Bank of America knows nothing about it.

Woman called, asking for me by name, said she was from BOA.
Spoke very fast about some kind of life? insurance or something that I could get at a discount.  I hung up.

Calls from this number come 4-5 times a week. I refuse to take calls from unknown numbers. There is never a message from calls from this number.

I just received a call from this no,  says unknown , but a lady spoke from bank of america, she asked for my husband & asked to call back their 1-800 number if he had any questions. i however got the same call yesterday & no one spoke for a long time & i cut the call.

this number is calling daily 4-5 times asking for someone that does not leave at my address,this people need to be stop,they have nothing else to do than harras people.

These f****rs keep calling like at least 4-5 times a week. I always ask why are they calling. they ask for my brother since he has a bank of america account. but i always tell them to stop calling theh they hang up. I think these people are a fraud. probably want your money.

Shows up on caller ID as "Miami". Constant annoying calls. If you answer, they hang up. Some are saying this is Bank of America. If that's the case, then let me add that I was receiving calls from another Bank of America number. They always asked for my husband. When I identified myself as his wife they would promptly hang up. No, "we'll call back later" or anything, just hung up in my face. Now there's a GREAT marketing technique, huh? After the third time, I went ballistic and had our number removed from their list. I think I'll report this one to the FTC. What a bunch of slack-jawed cretins.It's becoming more and more of a pain in the neck to do business with Bank of America.

Many phone calls that do not leave message lately.  Late night calls too.  Used *69 and was given 786-358-5528.  Looking up and seeing above.  Also someone is reporting that they called Bank of America and reported it, it is not "the bank of america"

Some company is using this VoIP service (Voice over the Internet) to make long distance calls as if they were coming from a local Miami (FL) area, while they are really calling from another state. On their caller ID sometimes it reads Bank of America, but it will usually just show "unknown caller". Still not sure if its a sales, collector, or spam-phishing caller, since they never leave a message. The complain is because they keep calling every single day and never leave a message. Today I decided to answer and the guy on the other side asked for Mr/Ms ***. I said He/She was not here and asked who was calling, and he just said "this is just a courtesy call" and hanged up. If this was a serious business call, they would have left a message detailing the purpose of their call. Obviously they have no good intentions. Specially if they are trying to trick you into thinking it is a local call, when it isn't.

Yes, i get calls from them 2 to 3x's daily.  Caller ID reads Bank of America.  They don't speak english.  I can't understand whom they are asking for.  I have called the number back and it brings me to recording to remove my number from there list.  However, I have done this and I continue to receive calls.  The last call today I ask them to stop calling, I don't understand what they are saying or whom they are asking for.

This number repeatedly shows up[ in my call list.786.358.5528. Does anyone out there receive calls from this number?
