This # calls me all day & will not leave messages. I am disabled & this #( my # ) is the only# that I've got & I'm so sick of getting a barrage of calls from this#. Isn'there anything that we could all join together & do?

The companies are using a computer dialer, and internet phone service like Vonage or Skype. They are calling from Merchant Services which offers credit card billing services for businesses. They are in India (aka Hindustan we call it India) using an internet phone service means they can choose any number they want to as their "number" from a list provided. It can even have a U.S. area code.

I know this because while my brother was overseas in the Philippines and Kuwait he used Skype. His number was an 810 area code even though he was all the way across the world. That way it was a local call for us to call him. It works both ways. If a person has a relative in another country they can have a local number to that country, say England or Mexico, so it is free for their family to call them. It is actually a very cheap alternative to long distance phone calls. When it is used properly of course.

A business can not be on the Do Not Call list. They are only for residential, and cell phones. If they are calling businesses they don't have to check the registry. You can't get them in trouble for calling either. You can do what you are doing, and that is better. You are warning people. The other thing I noticed is they are using a computer dialer used in telemarketing. The machine calls several numbers at once. Who ever gets picked up first is spoken to, but the other numbers just hear a click or a pause for the next operator. There company is run by Hindustany (India) people, and is not in the U.S. so they probably can't be touched by the FCC. They probably don't even know about the $11,000 fine for calling someone on the DNC registry.

tHIS IS AN AUTOMATIC DIALER USED IN TELEMARKETING. tHE TELEMARKETING COMPANY IS BASED OUT OF aSIA, SOUNDS LIKE iNDIA. i DON'T KNOW IF THEY ARE LEGIT. wE ALREADY USE iNTUIT FOR OUR CREDIT CARD SERVICES BECAUSE IT WORKS WELL WITH QUICKBOOKS POS 10. I HAVE BEEN GETTING CALLS 3-4 TIMES A DAY SINCE WE OPENED OUR BUSINESS IN APRIL. SORRY FOR THE CAPITAL LETTERS.

u can probably block the number through ur service provider. I use a cell phone for my business. For now, they have a special ringtone. it's called: "silent"  :-)

We get at least 10 calls a day from this number at my business.  They hang up immediately when I answer the phone.

Credit Card processing service solicitations. If you are on the National Do Not Call list they can be reported to the FCC for Violating the rules. I have reporte4d them twice so far and will continue to do so EVERY time they call

After I established my own self-proprietorship company, I receive many stupid telemarketer calls and it is really irritating.

These people keep calling me all the time, if you call back this number the phone just disconnect it self, how can some one has a number that if you call back the phone dosen`t ring?

Just got a call from this number, said hello, then nothing else. Noisy background. They need a new day job.

I keep getting calls from this number and when I say that the owner of the store is not available and that I could take a message, they hang up on me. RUDE SALES PEOPLE. DON'T GIVE ANY INFORMATION! DEFINITELY A SCAM!

My message on 18Jan 2012, they call me on Jan 19 finally i taught to a live person they ask for the owner and i said i'm the owner, they ask if i accept credit card transitions i said no because all my clients pay by check and i'm a one person business, since them they never call me back, was a sells call from credit card processing company.

they will not even talk to me 3 call in the last two hours

I have been getting the same calls but then I get a follow up call from a blocked number and the person asks for the owner. I say that it is a home office and they hang up on me.

Same here... calls and when I pick up, whoever this is, says nothing and hangs up.  When calling back, the call either won't go through, or there is no answer.  Most likely a scam.

I have reported this annoying phone crap to the local police & they are putting a trace on my phone for a few days - hope they nail this b*****d!!

I have been getting calls from this 786-358-6337 ever since the day my new business opened on 2 Jan 2012 - they call me about 4 to 5 times a day - wait till I answer and then hang up on me. I am getting really sick of it & thinking I'd like to report them somehow!

This # calls at least 3 times a day.  Most of the time there is dead air when I answer.  Once, I actually spoke to someone and asked them to remove our # form there calling list.  They hung up on me of course.  You can tell that they have an automated system calling the #'s in a rotation.

The phone number 786-358-6337 keeps calling my place of work. I do believe they are a sales company to try to get us to buy a credit card machine from them. The first time they called I informed them i was not interested and they called 2 more times that day. Both times i told them the same thing, we are not intereted. Now they call everyday 3-6 times a day and they just hang up when i answer the phone. Can we please get them to stop calling??

Try to answer, they hang up.  Try to call back, they don't pickup.
