Continues to call even though I am on the do not call list.

keeps calling at our bussiness at least ten to twelve times a day making it hard for us to run a bussiness

these people call my cell all the time and it pisses me off so now when they call i press 1 for a live operater and yell as lound as i can and hang up on the 1 of them actually called me back the oyher day and before they could say a word a screamed very loud into the phone and hung up this will happen everytime they call me i love to yell at idiots

Keep getting calls from them, wanting to "lower a credit card rate" -but they don't know any of the credit card numbers then when you try to call the number back it says it's "not in service"... BEWARE!

Yeah, some kind of telemarketing call from 786-358-6893.  Also the same robot message from 202-367-9968.  My voicemail is only recording the last couple of seconds, tho.  Ends in "stimulus," it sounds like.  I also am on the do-no-call list.  Scammers.

Pressed 1 and got James from Credit Card Services. When I asked where he was calling from he hung up on me. I am on the Do Not Call Registery and will be filing a complaint with the FCC.

This number calls every few days or so and tells me they I have only a limited time to lower my credit card interest rates. This time, I picked up the phone (after I listened to the beginning of the message on my answering machine) and pushed "1" to talk with them. The person answering it with "credit card services," and I told them I had pushed 1 to lower my interest rates. They just hung up on me. Not sure what this is all about but getting frustrated and pissed off at these people!

calls all the time. gotten to the point i ask how the kids are. always same accent different name and/or company. have fun answer in a foriegn language.

Now they have adopted the lower your mortgage rate scam/fraud.  I too am on the do not call list.  For their actions of stealing from the people desperate enough to fall for there fraud they will pay in this life and afterwards.

I reported the number on the Do Not Call website.  This is a phising scam.  They called on Thursday afternoon.

Wanted to lower my credit card rate...for the ump-tenth time.  They do not adhere to the opt-out listing enev though I have told the to do so many times.  They should get a decent job like prostitution or pimping.

They've been calling for awhile...I usually just hang up, but tonight I decided to write down their number (I, too, am on the do-not-call list).  Next time, I'll try to play with them.

Its a company claiming to lower your interest rates on your credit cards. They've been calling me and leaving messages.  DO NOT GIVE ANYONE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER OVER THE PHONE THAT HAS CALLED YOU.

FTC cannot enforce do-not-call if the calls come from offshore.

Received 3 of these today.  On the 3-rd, I pressed "1" to speak with a live operator.  The ring-back tone was a "beep-beep" like they use in Europe, so I'm sure the caller was really off shore.  It's very easy to make it appear that the call is coming from a legit phone  when, in fact, it's coming from off shore.  The feds find it very difficult to shut these people down because they're difficult to find.  (I guess NSA could find them, but they probably are busy with other things.)  I know of one prosecution that arose when someone who called strung the caller along with false information and managed to get some identifying information about "Card Services" that helped the govt to trap them.

Just to be annoying, I always press "1" and try to get the live operator.  Then I string him/her along for a while; usually, they hang up.  This is slightly useful because it reduces the number of calls they can service over a period of time.  If we all did it, we might cost them a little something.

Since I am alreader on the do not call list, why are they bothering me with commercial offers?  Could it be that since the FCC does not enforce it's rules, the telemarketers are back to their old tricks?

Got this "daily" call from Card Services, Heather's robo call saying this is my Last chance - Really?  I could only wish!

Pressed 1 - and I just now Play with them, seems more fun to waste their time.  Asked them if they need my Credit Card Number, they said Yes, and I then asked the for thier CC #, they then asked What I have to Offer, well there is where you can have Fun With that.... Needless to say, they hang up fairly quick when you offer then a lower interest rate for the CC debt....  

Yes, it is a SCAM, dial the # back and, well.... the number goes no were.

So, when does the Govt. kick in and Kick their Butt all the way to Jail?
