called back and recording stated it's an unmarked number "whatever that means". If anyone has law enforcement in their families/neighbors; it's a high recommend to throw it their way. Chances are it's a telemarketer/scam being operated via personal cell phone and they wont be happy to hear from a law enforcement person identifying them as a scam artist. Hence no more nuisance calls from them.

Got a call from this number  on my home phone and it came up on caller id Not In Use I didn't answer it

The caller ID showed up as "Not in Use" which was my first clue that this wasn't a legit call. My second clue was the fact that they're not a charity or political call and are calling me when I'm on the DNC list. If they were legit, they wouldn't violate the DNC registry. A recording was left on our answering machine that said something about the economic stimulus and that they could refinance mortgages for a lower rate. We don't even have a mortgage. This sounds too similar to that scam where they claim to lower your interest on your credit cards.

Got a call from this number ob 3/28. Caller id says, "not in use" Hung up before they knew it was an active number. If the # is not in use, stop calling me!

Got this number and message stating that they could LOWER my mortgage.

got a call from this number, they did not leave a voice mail.   I called back and got a recording that said you had been contacted by a tellimarketer....if you do not wish to receive these calls press 1, to talk to a person press 2.    BUT, when you press 1 nothing happens and the recording just starts over !!

Recieved a phone call from this number, answered it no one was there, called it back & it gave me the option to be removed from the call list. So I did so. So far so good. It said "Service Info" on my caller ID as well.

Caller id said service info. Yep, no thanks if I need service info I will call you. Have to love caller ID.

Random call, no message left. I don't answer calls from unknown numbers.

Whoa! They actually left me a voice-mail, albeit a recording and not an actual person! They are offering me "legal" help to reduce my interest rates.  Whatever!  What a scam!

Several calls from this number to my home and cell phone.  Don't know anyone in Florida. I do not answer calls that I don't know who the caller might be.  This needs to stop!

This call is coming from Miami Fl and is a landline..It is someones personal # so it is a telemarketer...I do not know how to make it stop I have tried and hey call both mine and my hubbys cell phones

I received a call from 786-358-6907 on my cell but returned the call on my landline.  The recording identified them as being a telemarkteter and offered to remove my phone number from their list if I pressed "1".  I pressed one and entered my cell number and was thanked rather politely.  Most likely my cell number has now been sold to China and I'll get thousands of calls a day, but at least I tried :^)  Time will tell.

This phone number is from the area code 786 which is southeastern Florida. It works really well to get calls like this stopped, if you write their State Attorney General's office and report them. I have reported several numbers to various states and every time the calls stopped within a few days to a week. Good Luck!

Got a call on my cell from this number.  I didn't answer and they left no message.  There are a bunch of boiler room operations promising help with credit card debt...if you owe thousands.  Apparently the government b.s. "Do Not Call" program only made for more government jobs.

called my cell on 8/2/11...I did not answer, they did not leave a message, when I tried calling it back, the cell company connected, dead air, and immediate disconnect.  No clue who this is.
