This is a real scam. Caller identified himself as Broward County Firefighters organization. Asking for contribution. Very rude, would not take "no." I had to hang up on him. This number calls me just abt every day. Usually no one is on other end when I answer.

Received a call from this number and I do not know who this is,

have received several calls from this number; first time they stated was for Veterans. I hung up. Now I don't answer and have tried to call back and receive busy signal. Advised my husband not to answer when this number is on caller id....they stopped for brief time and now have started up again....received 2 calls today.

have been receiving calls from this number every day for over a week. Finally today someone is there to ask to speak with my wife. I ask who they are and they say a friend who she did something for. Would not give any further info. Tried calling back - phone is disconnected.

Said they were collecting for the Veterans - Called on Veterans Day - Very Rude.  Husband offered to donate $10.00 - They said the minimum was $15.00 - My husband then said he would dontate the $10.00 and the person on the other end got rude and said "I said, the minimum donation was $15.00.  My husband then said they weren't getting a donation and hung up.  We tried to call the number that was on the caller ID, but it just beeped and disconnected.  IF this is a scam - it needs to be stopped now!

Got a call from this number this morning--I answered but the caller hung up.

Someone called my home from 786-364-5577 and left a burp on my answering machine.  They will not take no for an answer even when I inform them the person they are requesting to talk with no longer resides at this phone number.  they call between the hours of 1900 and 2000 which is late for my home.

Just got a call from this number, supposedly raising funds for veterans. Never heard of the group. I tried to explain that we don't pledge over the phone but he cut me off and said, rather rudely, "Would you just give me 20 seconds to speak." So I listened. When he got to the request for donation part, I tried to explain again, that I'd be willing to consider a donation if I got some info about the group, so we could do our own research. He got argumentative, then cut me off saying, "So you're saying no? ... You don't want to help our veterans..." and hung up. Completely rude.

Incredibly rude. Told him I don't take telephone solicitations and he said I don't want to help vets. I said I do, that I have veterans in my family but that I dont' take phone soliciations but that I would be happy to read something. Said I didn't understnad and that I didn't care. I wound up arguing with him for 5 minutes and then he hung up on me. Claimed the call was recorded and I would LOVE to have his "manager" listen to him...

Caller wanted to speak to Stephanie, when I asked who was calling he stated that he wanted to speak to Stephanie.  I asked one more time who was calling and he said he would call Stephanie back.

My wife received a call from this number.  She told me when she answered she heard some guy singing, then asked for me.  When she said I wasn't there, he said he would call back.  She asked what the call was in reference to or if there was a message, he said it was something between me and him.  Very creepy.  I looked up the number and found the provider is PAETEC (www.paetec.com).  I went to their website and found the following contact information for whoever might be interested.  I'll be contacting them to report the number.  Maybe if they receive enough calls they will do something about it.

Man claimed he represents the police and fire dept. he was extremely rude and cut me off several times. I said my husband gives to charity and he cut me off with something about bumber stickers then he hung up on me. If I find out who this dude is, he will not have any hands to make such calls anymore! He doesn't know who he's dealing with!

The man claimed to be selling bumper stickers for the Palm Beach County Fire Department, to support their safety and to get more equipment.  He would not take no for an answer.  He was very arrogant and rude.  I eventually had to hang up on him.

Have received numerous calls from this number.  I do not answer as I do not recognize the number, no messages are ever left.  I tried to call the number back and got a recording stating "your call could not be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial again"

Been calling several times a week for the past 3 weeks. I do what I always do....not to answer the phone unless I know who it is. If it's important, they'll leave a message.

Eventually, these idiots will go away.
