When I see a 786 number with just letters on Caller ID, I pick up my portable
phone, I click on and off just as quickly-it disconnects- I talk to no one and they pay the bill. These calls are from out of the country.

caller didn't say anything when I answered then hung up. I called back and messege says all circuits are busy now.

I get phone calls from this number periodically but never have the chance to answer because it's connected to my fax, right afterward this phone number 9089868300 kept calling I called it back from my cell phone and it was someone named Rubens and I just said wrogn number and hung up. lol.

Ya I just got the same call and I called back and of course it said all the lines are busy!

I got a call from this number, I discovered it on my missed calls on my home phone.  They did not leave a message, but somehow, it got saved on my address book at PAI

I got a call from this number this morning at 9am. The message was literally someone playing banjo for about a minute and a half. It was some wicked banjo playing? pretty virtuosic, but I was terribly confused.

I receive calls from this number at work.  It is a recorded message stating they are looking for an ex-employee.  I press the appropriate number stating it's not a good number for him, but I keep receiving the calls periodically.  When calling the number back, it says "all circuits are busy".

My friend and I were talking one of our phones disconnected, so I called right back and said "girl your call tone is diffrent why" she stated thats because you didnt call from your number and I did indeed, we both called back and it stated all circuts are busy...it was very weird she has a fl # 305 and I have a Ga # Im convinced aftr reading everone post it must be a glitch

It is a number used in routing or forwarding calls in the miami area. it could be any number of callers

Did not know who is calling.  Would not leave msg.

The caller is called DimDim a marketing site.

weirdo named arron called (caller id PAI)  2pm @ my office in pompano beach saying  he's with ''A&F'' a resourse company.....  i asked for a call back number & he said ' NOOOOOOOOOOO  thanxs! Then hung up.   wakco man.

They called and said they were from some rescue or organisation from Israel telling my mom they send her a mailing to send a contribution and she never sent it which was bullsh*t.

Their Modus Operandi is similar to that of a collection agency or a skip tracing outfit, but I am not able to find out which one.

We get several calls a week from this number.  We get 'sorry all circuits are busy' most of the time when we call back. The other times it is 'no such number'.  Usually we just ignore this caller.  Never has there been anyone the line if we answer.

I got call from this same number (786-378-5395) today while I was at work. I got another call from (786-378-5373) this morning at around 1 am. I live in Italy but I have a vonage phone number for the miami area (thats where I'm from so I have it to keep in touch). I picked up the phone and no one answered. I tried calling back the number and I get a message that say all circuits are busy please try your call again later. I've done that at least three times now and the same message always plays. The caller Id states the name of the caller as Pai...

These guys are getting sneaky, this call was from a Debt Collection Agency in Houston, they somehow "faked" a local number in my home area code (786) somehow. Didn't answer anyway.

Just received a call from this number from a guy with an accent. He acted like I called him or something, which obviously I didn't. I can recognize this number as a south Florida number as I also live in South Florida. He is obviously from Miami and acted as if when he dialed my number He didnt' know my # was a Miami number. He thought he dialed a New York number.

I just got that call. Except I got a recorded message telling me that my water bill for my property in New York is past due. I hung up, don't own anything in NY.

Just recieved a call from this number but I actually had a lady on the line asking for my brother. Said it was a business matter.

Very often I see calls from this number on my caller ID, plus the name, PAI.
They try my home number (South Florida) 2-3 times a week. I've never tried to call them back and they have never left a message.

When a company I do business with in Germany calls me it is routed through this number. It is either a cheap long distance routing company or the government spying on us as usual...

i got a call to and he asked for shurley?? im like no.. i tried calling back and it said this number doesnt work its weird

Received a call from these guys at my work.  They had the name of the owner, and stated that they were from UPS and they wanted to schedule a time to deliver a package.  When I asked for a tracking number on the package the guy got pretty flustered.  Definitely sounded fishy to me so I told him to shove it.

Everytime i call someone, this  number apperas as my number! and i hear clicks on my phone, like people are punching number on m phone!
