SCAM - SCAM - SCAM

Number appears to originate out of Florida (to a Ymax Communications), but Ymax appears to own the "Magic Jack" device and similar other VOIP devices. With a "Magic Jack" device, the user can pick whatever area code they want to use and these scammers are using that to give the appearance of their call coming from the States. But they are not. The users of THIS phone number are based out of New Delhi, India and they own numerous FAKE payday loan TYPE websites, one of which is usa-payday-loan . org. (Do NOT go to their website - its a SCAM).

NOW THEY ARE CALLING SAYING THAT THEY WILL GIVE ME MONEY IN 30 MINUTES IF I CALL BACK WITH MY INFO. BIG SCAM THIS COMPANY US PAYDAY LOAN DOES NOT EXSIST.

Peter Brown called and was saying terrible things about my family. He calls from other # also 209-320-1376. He tries to get people to put money on green dot card and send it in. This company steals from everyone and they told me that if your foolish enough to snd them money according to them then you deserve to be scammed. DO NOT SEND MONEY or give information.

Got a call from the (786) 378-6265 and the man told me his name was Edward Gibson and he was representing US Paypal and I was eligible for a loan; told him I would call back tomorrow (wanted time to check out the authenticity of call); can't find anything out so won't call back

Scammers nothing else

Took the money off the card then called me back to tell me it was an invalid #. Well no kidding because he just took the $$ off of it. Now I called him back to try and get it back. He asked if I wanted to suck up on his d@#k. WHAT??? DOESN'T EVEN SOUND AMERICAN. I'm so mad. The first call back I gave him, I mentioned lawyer, he said f@!k u, twice and hung up. OMG LET ME FIND HIM. My advice is that if you do fall for it, try not to feel to bad, you're not alone. Hope I didn't offend anyone.

Be aware of these guys that ask for money through western union or money gram and a guy called frank and frank the a**, i was so upset that i had to call in a curse at him.

get a lawyer.  Show proof thta you paid and tell the lawyer they harrased you at your job.

I have for two years in a row recieved phone calls from this number saying i owe money for some debt in the ammount of $469.00. Not wanting to go to court I settled this so-called claim last year and recieved no paper work from them. This year i made a payment and they tell me i made a payment to the wrong person and they have no record of this. Having had the money  at the time i again made 2 payments to take care of this "issue". I called to report the payment and was told the issue was now resolved. Today they called me at my job and said they have no record of any payments being made and again are threatening legal action against me. How do I get rid of these people? They are harassing me at my job.

Investigator Ricky keeps calling saying there are 3 fraud charges against me and is asking for me to have my attorney call him. He has a thick Indian accent and unable to understand clearly. Obviously a SCAM of some sort.
