i just spoke with these people twice for getting loan they said that they cannot approve me for the loan as they did not had my application filled online so i asked them where can i apply for getting the loan and they gave me there website and then after a week i got a call and they asked me to get a money pak, i said i won't give money to you before getting the loan and they told me for sending money upfront you can do it by western union but we don't need your money as we just have to give you the loan we want to make some quality check to you finances and i agreed to that and as they said i gave them the money pak of $150 and in return they gave me the loan of $1500 but those $150 were not returned. when i asked them where is my money they said they gonna refund it when my first payment comes through

james is probably the person who is doing it i received a call fromthe lady also on march 7 i am plnning my weddin for ,may 26 so i really needed the moneyi have never been through this before so i thought it was ok she told me that i could get 2000 which really would have helped me she said for me to send in 10% of that which was 200 on a money pak card  so i did it like a fool she claim i would have my money in 2 to 6 hours but as of today 16th of mach still no money i have not spoke to the lady since i sent her my money pak info i only speak to the man now who has a very bad attitude how can u have a attitude with someone after u take there money he claims several times they deposited the money in my acct i have never seen it yet i realized i was scammed i contacted my local police and the fraud center for green dot money pak and they are now investigating i even contacted channel 5 news the i team hoping there get back to me soon yesterday i called them again just to see what they would say they are still lying and now saying that my bank wouldnt accept the money because they are a lender yea right! so it came back to them they will not give me my money back so now i have to live with that and they had a nerve to ask me to send them some more money wow saying i could get 5000 instead how in the heck can u have the nerve to ask for more money i might have been a fool once but never twice and they say they cant give my 200 back even tho i didnt receive a loan from them but ask for more money for a bigger loan if i didnt receive the 2000 how in the heck can i receive 5000 god bless u who ever u are doing this now i have to continue to pray and keep my faith in god hoping that i can get some money sothat i may continue with my wedding!

Well i even got this kind of call but they said i had to take this loan as they had all my information.
So it seem to be a Genuine call, however i took their test and asked them to send me the email as an assurance which they did and that email satisfied all my doubts and misunderstanding and i finally got the loan.
all what i just did is gave them the condition that even if you want to take my money i am ok with that but i would like to stay with you people on call while you transfer the money in my account

Yes, I received a call just like that this afternoon.  What did you do to resolve the matter?

Caller with a thick accent left a message stating my name, saying my application for "Instant Cash Advance" has been approved. This company is in another state and is not using an 800 type number? Obviously I have never heard of the company so call to find out more. Am instantly forwarded to voice mail and asked to leave a message. This message is also the same woman who called me.
