yeah this is an app called mustache texting and for fee you get 5 credits to send 5 anonymous texts to anyone, and its untraceable. Meaning whoever messages you from it knows you and your number, but most likely just is bored and wants a prank.

So, I started receiving these messages (as well as my mother and sister) that are all vulgar and filthy. They know where I go to school, that I have children, and what I look like.... They have sent me emails from "josh meader" but this could also be fake.... I have no idea what to do as ive continued to try and find out more information so I can make this stop...Im worried that if i contact the police they will give me some bs about blocking that number, which can't be done. I could change my number, but they have my moms and my sisters too, which makes changing my number kinda pointless if I didnt give it out in the first place!!!!! I have lots of pics from them, but Im thinking of contacting a lawyer.

Ok I figured it out.There is an app called "Mustache text" and if you want to send a message to someone without them knowing who it's from, you download the app and send the texts. So it's not like the same person is texting ALL of us. It can be anybody who wants to mess with you and this is the number that belongs to the app, "Mustache text".

So it's from somebody who knows you who just wants to PUNK you or flat our HARASS you. It's awful! I would block the number from your phone!

This number texted me saying, "Hi. I miss you". I said, "Who is this?" - they said, "Come on. Why would you ask me that?" ....I felt like maybe I was being rude and it was a friend that I accidentally deleted so I said, "Sorry I got a new phone and lost some numbers, seriuosly who is this?"

Then they said, "I want to see you again"...

It's a Florida area code and I'm located in CT - I immediately blocked this person. So sketchy!!!! I don't know if it's spam and they can get my information just by me responding to the text...who knows?

Im getting unwanted textes that they are knowing personal information and know the phone # of my boyfriend , where he is n who his friends are. They want me to be rid of him n says hes bad news. They say hes a dog n has been cheating on me. Alot of not so nice things were texted to me. Said i was a nice girl n hes horrible. The thing is, hes in jail on bad charges...wrong place at the wrong time!! Hes a great guy, im glad were close enough to question these fake textes n realized they were all bs. But they knew personal stuff, names n places too, that nobody should know. I think its someone who bought the number n is bitter and harassing me. I love my boyfriend n this only made us closer and more trusting with eachother. I know he deeply loves me so they are such losers with no life!!

I got a random text from this number just a few moments ago... At first the person said that they were my bf and as soon as they said bf I knew at that moment it was bs cause i was already texting my man when this person texted... I called him out on the bs... But this person knew how many kids I had and that I'm currently pregnant... But since I called him out on the bs and told him/her that I had the FBI involved I haven't heard anything back...

I received text from this number as well first saying I look like this actress which I just deleted and didn't respond then the second saying hello knew what school I grad from and asked if I knew what my husband was doing behind my back and had personal info. When I responded who is my husband the text stopped. Then google brought me to this site smh

Just received a text from this nmbr.also..786-408-8256.  All it said was "hey".   Then a number search brought me here....

I got a text from this number telling summoning me to family court on thanksgiving day at 8am for a custody hearing..courts aren't even open on holidays. Good try baby daddy..maybe if you weren't so high you would know that the date you chose was thanksgiving...just trying to get me alone so you can take my daughter..I don't think so!!

Someone messaged me from this number today also. I live in NC knew my name but spelled it wrong and I called... Same story number disconnected. Nothing really nasty but they tried to flirt and told me his name was Chris

Yea very odd.  I got a message only stating, "is this (my first and last name)."  I said "Yes who is this?"  And then nothing.  This never happens so I called and it said it was disconnected, which I found odd, so I just googled it for fun and found this thread.  Very strange.  I thought it was some douche I was in the Navy with.  Anybody in the Navy or a vet?  I wanna figure this out

I just got a Happy birthday? Me.................interesting I got it 2 minutes after 12 on my birthday and the " me" signature is something that my soon to be ex-wife used to do when we where together.....ok I just got another message (it's her)...I believe it's some sort of number where you could text in the clear.........

I got rude messages from this number earlier today talking about my sex life and very personal information. I didnt respond. All I can think is that this is some third party that people use to send messages anonymously.  They were very specifically referring to an incident that occurred just last night that only one person would have known about.

Very scary considering they knew details.

So I suggest you do. I'll be waiting." I also tried to call the number and it said it had been disconnected, even after I received the second text message.

I got a message that said hola mami when i asked who this person was he said ur pai i responded back and said what's ur. name he said angel then when i told him sorry i didn't know him and and to leave me alone or i would have the police trace him down i got no more texts i tried to cakl but it says the number has been disconnected.  so this person knows english and spanish apparently knew I'm bilangual I'm freaked out over this i want it to stop

This number texted me first asking about me being on a web page and asked if my exwife knew,, then sent a pic to my ex wife of the web page.  I traced the number to Miami Florida I dont know anyone in Miami and neither does my ex wife, Then again going into my private facebook page and took a screen shot and texted it as well to the exwife. Someone needs to be stopped before someone gets hurt. I believe this number to be a message number, for people who dont have the guts to step out and do dirt them selves so they use the text phone number that im sure some retard set up,, to bad their infor and pics was outdated .

This person should be careful as simply paying sites like hexium can give all current info like name and address. This person doesn't know what kind or person they are spamming or what they are capable of.
