I received this a call from this number - decided to call back and got all circuits are busy.

Randomly: when I make a call from my cell or home phone, the number 786-422-7324 shows in the other person's caller ID instead of mine. I called back that ph and always says:"all circuits are busy now"

I received a call from (786)422-7324 on 6/22/2010 at 5:54pm. The person said his name was Thomas and he was calling from National Crime Security. The man had a really heavy accent. According to him, he was calling from National Crime Security and the purpose of his call was there was a case filed against me. I hung up on him, because I know this a SCAM of some sort. Immediately following, I received another call from (409)221-3206 at 5:55pm. This time I did not answer, this time the same person left a voicemail. These people have major SCAMS going on and are trying there best to con people out of what belongings they have. I wish they would stop calling me.

May 25, 2010  This was a skype call I received.

Got a call and didn't answer.  They did not leave a message.  When I called back it said "number busy".  I suspect someone calls me fron unidentified numbers.  Everyday I get a different number from TX or other place.

786-422-7324 - identified on Caller ID as  SECC is really Capital One Collections.

I got a call from this number, SECC comes up on caller id, called back but got message "all circuits are busy"

I suspect that 786.422.7324 is used by Skype...

I received a call from this number this morning. I answered it not looking at the caller id first! It was my boyfriend that I was not in good terms with at the time. While talking to him I looked at the number he was called from and it was 786-422-7324 from SECC. I guess he was using some sort of number blocker or an online service that disguises your real number. It was pretty wierd. When I hear from him I will find out how he was calling from that number.

I got a call from this number but didn't answer it because it was from someone identified as SECC and I have no business with any such ID.  I added it to my blocked calls list and didn't call it back.

Calling and no aswer, I think is from Cuba, they have a big bussiness going on, with USA numbers, but really they are waisting people's minuts here in USA, tIRED OF THE cOMUNIST DICTATORSHIP STEALING OUR THINGS!!! STOP THE CALLS!! SOMEBODY, PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!! CUBA ,,GET YOUR OWN NUMBERS, LEAVE US ALONE!!! STEALERS!!!
