They been doing this for a little over 2 years to me. I don know what to do. anyone get this # 7272427409 what do I do please help me

I have the same calls they say they are lawyers or a police officer they call my old job I havent worked there for years. They threaten me and everything.

This phone number 'Kevin Smith' with a heavy accent.  Threats of legal action.  That I have a law suit against me.  What a load of crap!  Please catch them.  I had them calling me a few months ago but with a different phone number!  Thank you!!

the caller did not sound indian, but had good diction/english said he was an officer threatend to sue about a loan that I did not take out last month for $300.00 supposedly had my social security number and address I told him I had not taken a loan with the cash advance usa company and that the money had not been put in my bank account. He said that he was with the allen matkins firm and that there were two loans that I had last month that i did not pay.  first off, i did not take out a payday loan last mo, second off all he had all of my info which I do not like.  He said that his name was kevin smith??????????????? sounds real fishy to me.

This jack*** called me last year on August 19th 2010. Saying he's calling from a law firm and they have a case with against my social security number. He tells me if I don't call him back that there will be lawsuits against me. He gave me a name of Brian Smith and his english sucked!!! Now one year later he calls my friend on his cell #  looking for me,and the phone number that popped up on his phone was 786-441-0166 [ Florida, USA]. It seems like once your phone number is in their system it's hard to get out. Therfore, after last year's drama I changed all of my info.That's why they called my friend because my friend still has the same # as last year.

I just received a call from this number, 786-441-9144, from a man with an Iranian accent who said he was with a law enfoecement agancy and had a case against my social security number, that I was going to be arrested if I did not pay money!

THEY HAVE CALLED ASKING FOR MY FATHER AND THEY HAVE ALSO CALLED MY GRANDPARENTS MAKING THREATS FOR JAIL TIME. KEVIN SMITH THAT WITH AN ASIAN ACCENT THAT BARELY SPEAKS ENGLISH. I AM REPORTING IT TO FTC. I SUGGEST YOU NEVER GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION THEY ARE ASKING FOR.

these people need to get a life. how you going to read me a legal document over phone. stop the madness. then they use the name kevin smith with 2 different voices.

Called back. Claimed to be calling from:

"Allen Matkins Law Firm"

Scam callers from multiple numbers. Indian accent. They impersonate officers and make illegal threats.

Callers ID says they are calling from Miami, but other numbers they use are listed as coming from Batavia, NY and cities in California.

Mention that the fact that they are scam artists is well known thanks to sites like this.
