This number keeep calling me and racist 786 472 4679..please shut this number down...thanks

This just started today - lots of background noise and they are speak Arab maybe? Can't understand anything they say -

Caller calls and as soon as you answer they hang up, when you call them back nobody answers and all I hear is music. calling me at work

Received a call.  No message left.  Really annoying but for grins called it back.

At first he young lady who answered thought it was an outbound autto dialer call and asked "can I speak to the manager or supervisor please."

I hesitated and she must have realized I called them and asked if she could help me.

I asked her for the name of the firm and she indicated "Touch Sweet Salon Systems"

Uh....what?

In any event, definitely junk phone calls and I will be blocking this number in the PBX

They call me at least twice a day.  I usually ignore it, because if it's important the person will leave a message.  I've lost respect for Kaplan if they are buying numbers to spam people.

They keep calling me every 30 minutes!!!!

I have received 4 calls today alone from 786-472-4679.  I received several yesterday as well.  I have not answered the calls and they do not leave a message.   I have never outreached to Kaplan so I am not sure why I am getting these calls.

If you have a smart phone download a free app to block the call.  That's what I just did :)

They have called me over 7 times this morning.  This is nothing but a telemarketer.  They need to be fined for the harassment!!!!

we just received a call from this number, and the person on the other end sounds just like a very old lady, and she asked for my husband, I then asked who she was, it appeared she was having a problem  deciding who she was, never gave me a clear answer of where she was calling from, but kept asking for my husband by name. My husband was online one day, and made the mistake of hitting the wrong button and since them the calls have been calling, I feel if you are legit, why be so invasive about where you are calling from? and what do you want!

YUP! i just got a call from this number for the first time and since i didnt recognize the number i didnt answer. they left a 28 second voicemail of just background noise and voices. I googled the number and a bunch of scam forums came up. I am definitely blocking this number! thanks for everyones feedback!

I got called 3 times in 6 hours by this number. I am pretty sure it is a telearketer. I am on the "do not call list."

I have talked to ashland university about further my education now I am getting calls from this numbeer too. when i answer i get no response. When I call back all I get is music. I want this to stop!

They will call, when you answer, they promptly hang up so that you have to call them back.  Since you end up calling THEM back, its no longer "unsolicited".  Its the same guy every time, who told me his name was Richard Mccain (which is funny given the thickness of his indian accent).  I told him several times to put me on his do not call list only to continue to get several calls a day.  Finally, I did everything in this video

and after telling him that I was recording the call, and had recorded several of the other calls, all of which were with him personally, and after I told him that I come from a family of lawyers and understand his restrictions as a telemarketer, and my rights as an an american, he told me he REALLY was going to put me on the do not call list (for REAL this time).  He then went on to apologize over and over, sucking up to me.  I told him I rallied several other people online who have the same complaints as I do, and also recall speaking to him personally and that we are printing out copies of our phone bills printed out a copy of my phone bill, and the advertisement that they tricked me into filling out (which informed me that I was filling out a foodstamp application).  It was when I started calling him out lie by lie, while laughing at his pathetic attempts to explain himself, that he finally told me he could no longer talk to me. Ha ha.

I am very much interested in pursuing a class action/small claims lawsuit on this man (as it is clearly just one person).  I am also interested in posting a recording of this conversation online (although I did not actually record him at the time, I was just trying to scare the dude).  Please, anyone who wishes to rally together please contact me at Mandastafford@gmail.com

So tired of this number calling and they don't even say anything so I can't yell at them!!!

I have received several calls from this # and when I answer there is no one there. When I try to call back, I get nothing. This is not the only # that i get calls from, I see that quite a few people receiving the same calls are in some way connected to kaplan university, I myself have not attented, applied, or even so much as requested info reguarding kaplan u. So be careful, I wouldn't be surprised if its some kind of scam and they just got our numbers from hacking online info. I just don't answer the calls.
