Called saying it was a law farm and said something about fraud ,I believe it was the same guy saying my hubby was approved for 1,000 last week

I have had this number call several times, I have never picked up, but the voicemails are hysterical. He called himself John Griffin, usually says that I have several loan complaints against me, he used to say I had some vague crime, gives me a time limit warning and says that if I do not call back he will contact my employee to charge me legal fees. I hope nobody falls for this, I have been getting calls on and off from this number for almost a year.

No reputable lender asks for money up front! If they want money to be sent to them via Western Union, Monygram, Green Dot Moneypak, Vanilla Card or any other reloadable card, they are SCAMMERS.

Person called to offer loan, as I was in the market for one. They proceeded to tell me that I had to set up a Green dot money pak to pay them first for insurance to my loan....$600 later I'm broke and have exhausted all my rainy day funds. When I asked for my money back they threatened me to go to court which sounds like a good idea. Either way I'm $600 poorer. :(
