got a call from this number asked me to verify some information, including last 4 ss numbers, which they had
then hung up without telling me what it was about.  I called back she said we are looking for keith with my last 4 ss numbers
then hung up again.  called bach to speak with a supervisor , and the person would not even transfer me seemed very shady to me

I spoke with them once, they were very rude and hung up on me. They did not give information on what it was. I told them not to call my cell-phone but they insist on doing that. Calling my cellphone makes it more likely I get evicted, end up in bankruptcy etc as I am self-employed.

They leave a message asking that callback leave an ID number but it cuts off before that.

It was a recording stating they had an important message regarding social security number .....  then it just went silent, this was a voicemail since I did not pick it up.

This is a "No Caller ID" Collection Agency called QIC.
They are bulk Buyers of Bank Debt.
