This number has been calling me repeatedly for 9 hours now. I finally picked up and there was dead air.

Ask to stop calling kept calling from different numbers and  started to curse wake up people use come sense if you owe some body tell them service you some certified paper.

got a call this morning from this number, stating he is represending the IRS and I owe back taxes and want to get my email and personal information.  If he is with IRS, they should have every personal information of me, why ask again.  He also treaten that I could be arrested in 48 hrs.  SPAM, do not give him any information.

They called and told me that I was approved for a 5000.00 loan. They told me for security purpose that I had to have 100.00 to show worth for securing this loan. The next day they called me and said that I need to send another 100.00 for processing fee and they would do a ACH payment to my checking account. They said that they will call me back in 10-15 minutes with my reference number when they try to make the transaction. I calle back and they told me that I had to have insurance on the loan and I had to send another 200.00 dollars to cover the loan. They provided documents from the insurance company where they suppose to have covered this loan. Each time the money had to be put on a Vanilla Reloadable Card purchased at 7-11 or CVS Pharmacy Store.The cost of the card is $3.95. Again, I went and bought this card and put the $200.00 up there and they retreived the money. A gentleman by the name of Ray Hamilton said that he was the senior attorney for the company and I need to send another $200.00 for the loan. He said that he checked my file and there was 3 red flags on it. He said that they had attempted to send the money ACH but it kept coming back rejected because of these flags. He stated that it was up to me to either pay the money or lose every cent that I already sent to them. This is a shame that people scam money from innocent people like this. This is every dime that I had. I accepted this loan because I wanted to pay things off. Be on the alert for such things like this. If someone call you and use the names Adrianne Murphy, Ray Hamilton, Mike Walker and Mr. Mayer please hang up your phone this is a scam.

I am so glad that I looked up this message.  I felt really stupid until I realized that others had been scammed also by the same person.  The issue with me has been going on since May.  That is when I received a call from Office Nesby, Officer Gary Dupont and Officer Allen Ferrigno.  Most of the harassement and threats came from Gary Dupont.  He said that he was from the Department of Crime and Justice prevention.  He said that I owed money for a payday loan.  I asked him to send me an email and he sent a bill from Americus Credit Union with a settlement amount of money for me to pay.  He constantly kept calling my job and making threats that I would be arrested and lose my job etc.  Finally I made a payment and then I didn't send another and everytime he would call I kept putting him off.  I did this because when I really took the time and looked at the paperwork he sent me, it really looked odd.  Finally, on Monday, Sept. 30th, he really went to far and kept yelling, and being rude and asking to speak with the Director of HR.  I let him speak with the Director and of course he couldn't get any information.  He continued to tie up the phones all day long and both the director and myself got the investigator involved and I also informed my attorney of what was going on.  This went on Monday and Tuesday morning all day.  Finally, the calls stoped, and so far I haven't heard anything.  I found out from my lawyer and the State Facility that I work for that it is a scammed and they are investigating and trying to get me the money back that I paid.  The numbers that were use-786-548-3295, 786-323-8500, 414-435-3913, 916-446-2058 and 603-570-4415.  These are all the different numbers that were used to try and contact me.  I am so relieved that they are being investigated, because it is really very stressful when someone harrasses and threatens you in that manner.  They also had a very heavy accent and sound as if they may have been from India.

Just got a call from 786-548-3295 at work. He was claiming his name was "Mick" and he was looking for one of my co-workers that doesn't even work in this office, let alone state!  I kept questioning him because he sounded very shady. he got very agitated with all my questions. I kept asking "so what is this in reference to?" and he snapped back with "its in reference to an emergency!" I told him "you're going to have to give me a little more then that for me to hand out a co-workers cell phone"
he then hung up.  if you question him enough he will give up and hang up. I feel like calling him back 100 times just to be a pain in the butt!  seriously though, don't fall for this. NEVER trust anyone on the phone!

I just got a call from this guy. Heavy thick Indian accent. Claiming to be "Mick".  He was looking for a co-worker that doesn't even work in this particular office. I kept asking what this was in reference to and he said "its in reference to an emergency" I told him "ok, this is a very shady phone call so can you give me more information?" he then hung up.  just keep questioning him and he will panic and eventually hang up.  what a weirdo!

I got a call from this number at work.  He said his name was Alan Ferrigno and that he was an officer with the Dade County department of justice for crime and justice.  He gave a vague description of some sort of case filed against me and wanted to verify my information.  When I asked for more details he became evasive.  When I asked that he mail me the information he said they were not able to mail anything but he could email it to me.  I told him to email it then.  He then said he had to verify all my personal information before emailing it out.  I asked for his badge number.  I googled it and his name in addition to the phone number.  I found numerous accounting of this being a scam.  When i confronted him he got angry and accused me of trying to hinder him.  I told him, email me if he needs to contact me but i wasn't talking to him any further.  He made some threats and  ended up hanging up on him.  He had the nerve to call back several time and ask to speak to my HR manager.  He called six times before he finally stopped.  

They called me and said I have a debt to pay USA cash net and they had my social security number but said I have to call them back if I don't take care of the matter they were takin me to court.

I received a call at work today, 9/30/13, from Mr Allen and he wanted me to call him back to verify my info.

i am writing you this message in reporting about an so called officer allen from the crime invention from florida wisconsin who has been threating me that i have to come up with 200 dollars in two hrs or there will be an warrent for my arrest within 48 hrs. i have not recieved no notices or anything up till today they have called my work place. the person i spoke to officer allen sounded foreign but has an american name. i would like this resolved asap. he has told my wife..lori anderson about how they can track people and that since they have our old house number..which may i remind you we havent had since 2009. i am very concerned now due to the fact that he has my ssn and he wanted a copy of my id as well. please help me stop this before my life is ruined.

This is a scam.  They called me every few months using a different name but saying the same identical thing.  Called me at work - left a message on my voice mail.  Identified himself as Officer Alan Farino from the Department of Crime and Prevention, Department of Justice.  Said there is a civil suit against my credit report.  Said I needed to contact them immediately as this was an emergency matter.  I refuse to return the phone call, because I have been through this numerous times before.  DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY - no matter how they threaten you.  They need to be caught and charges filed against them for harassment and threats.  

RECEIVED CALL FROM A OFFICER MICK NESBY.  HE STATED THAT HE WORKED FOR THE DEPT OF CRIME INTERVENTION  .  HE WANTED TO ASSIST ME IN MY DEFAULT OF AN ACCOUNT WITH AMERICUS CREDIT UNION.  IF I DID NOT COOPERATE WITH HIM AT THIS TIME, HE HAD NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO ISSUE A WARRANTFOR MY ARREST.

Called my cell phone too many times to count.  Then proceeded to call my work and I listened then hung up, he called back again and said I will be getting a lawsuit against me for identity theft.  How can they arrest me for being me?  I do not understand he said I was sent an email with an application number however he could not tell me what time it was send or send me another one so I could get him off the phone.  I was soo pissed I was shaking once I was off the phone!

This ALLEN FARINO is a SCAMMER!  Stop him! Do not answer if you see this number: 786-548-3295...or, if you answer and he starts in talking, hang up.

He called sd that I was approved for a loan when I asked how he obtained my whole ssn he got upset .. So I cussed his a** out he then called me back attempted to lecture me .. blocked his number he called from a different number so I handed his a** to him everytime.. he was so upset that he called me back and said you know what I can do with your entire social in 24hours.. he was reported!

Got the same calls. If u did a pay day loan app on the internet, most likely info came from there. Also received a second call from an unknown caller in conjunction with this, saying i will be served at my residence and work place. Im filing a police report asap. Thank you all for posting

I received a call from this ALLEN MARINO who had me BELIEVING his scam and I DID, unfortunately, send the first installment that HE CLAIMED I could do to avoid court. Now that I have found this site, have reported it to the Police and to the Attorney General's office, I am grateful that I am able to know the truth BEFORE I sent the next payment and continued to be scammed. If see this number, 786-548-3295, DO NOT LISTEN NOR ANSWER.

JUST GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AND HE SAID HIS NAME WAS OFFICER ALLEN.  HE IS CALLING MY WORK.  SAYS THERE IS A CIVIL SUIT AGAINST MY CREDIT REPORT.  THIS IS FRUSTRATING, CALLS NEED TO STOP.  THANKS FOR LISTENING.

I received a call from this number asking for a name that was SIMILAR to one of my c-level executives, but not close enough for me to entertain taking a message. I quickly Googled this number and came up with all of your comments. THANK YOU FOR POSTING, EVERYONE.

He just called my job claiming that its a fraud matter and I will be arrested. The name he gave was Alan Ferrino.

JUST GOT A CALL FROM HIM SAYING HE  IS FROM THE DEPT. OF JUSTICE... HE ALSO SAYS THE SAME TO ME... WE NEED TO STOP HIM.... ESPECIALLY CALLING MY JOB. SMH...

This is a scam. They are calling as an officer.  In my case Officer Allen (though he speaks with a thick Indian accent) and claiming to collect on an unpaid loan.  He threatens you by stating that there is a civil suit and you will be arrested.  He is calling my place of work and even trying to get my personal information from our office clerk, (how bizarre).  He starts off the conversation by immediately asking for your social security number.  

The more times we can report this number, the more the FBI and FTC will get involved.
