I got a call saying that they were an attorney office james lee that I am having a legal case against me and left me a nasty email

Said worked with Microsoft and was going to help me fix my computer problem.  I don't have a computer problem. He wanted me to turn my computer on and do some things for him.  I refused, asked how he got my number (it was my cell phone) and he hung up.

got a call today.  i NEVER answer my phone till i know who it is.  didn't leave a message. came across as 'dir assist fl."
but when i googled the number i found this:
