It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

I believe I know who this company is. I believe that the real name of the company and the name that they are licenced by from the Florida Dept. of Agriculture is Elite Information Solutions..  Their address is 495 Semoran Blvd., Casselberry Fl.  The owner's name is Michael  Hilgar.  Please file a  complaint with the Florida Dept of Agriculture - 800-435-7352.  Please also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission - 877-382-4357.  Inform them that this may be related to case #36077052.

This same thing A call from the Medical alert company, I ask her if she was calling to buy Coffee mugs she ask if i was trying to be Funny and hung-up. I guess she didnt know that I Design and make coffee mugs.

I keep getting calls from this # and it is most annoying. There is never anyone there when I pick up, etc. This feels like harrassment and I want it stopped.

A LADY FROM THE "MEDICAL ALERT SYSTEM" CALLED AND ASKED FOR "MR. JEFFREY".  SHE WANTED TO TELL ME ABOUT THE MEDICAL ALERT SYSTEM.  WHEN I TOLD HER THAT I DIDN'T HAVE ANY MEDICAL PROBLEMS THAT I NEEDED THIS SERVICE FOR, SHE HUNG UP ON ME.

Some woman called and used my formal name.  I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY but that is a useless piece of garbage.  I never pick these calls up.  I prefer to call back and see who they are as they announce themselves.  But you see you can never do this as they are always out of service or disconnected which is indicates right away their BOGUS NATURE.  WHO ARE THEY????  STOP CALLING MY HOUSE!! The NEXT stop is the FTC.

I get a call from this number with no name. I have told them I am  on the no call list and if they call again I will report them. When you call the number back it says it cannot go throuh and may have been disconnected.
