Receiving two calls a day for several weeks, each the same message. Each day it's a different number. Always a non working number if I call back. Arrgh!!
Calls often on my land phone. Caller I.D. shows Florida on it.I never pick it up.
FRUSTRATED AS HECK!
call today 7/7/11 @119p. I got THREE calls from these jerks on the 5th in 2 hours! I have seen people who are having success by using an air horn, I have resorted to screaming in the phone. It is great stress relief and maybe it will stop.
I have been getting these calls for 2 years, since I moved. I have also seen that these people could be perhaps USING the DNC list to get phone numbers.
PLEASE REPORT THESE SCUMBAGS TO THE FTC!!! If you contact the FTC every time these b*****ds call you, and we ALL do it, the FTC will not only have lots of information, but incentive. Also contact your state's attorney general.
Today's call had a message of "Account Services" and when I pushed 1 to yell at someone he said "Card Services" - the same jerks who have been bugging me for 2 years.

I don't understand how these so-called "credit card services" people can make these types of marketing calls with utter impunity. Obviously, they have not been prosecuted, because they persist. They seem to be able to do as they please and flaunt it in the face of the FTC. What's up with that?
Same as all the other comments - credit card phishing - and the useless DNCL that apparently does nothing about these annoying calls that continuously come through. Have blocked many of these (lots of different numbers for the same scam) but can only block a total of 30 calls on my Panasonic phone system.
My number is on National Do Not Call List and still get this call. I'm report to the DA office.
Just got a call from this number. It says Miami, Florida. Didn't answer it. They didn't leave a message. I have had several similar calls, all from different numbers. One from Tennessee and another from Florida. I am also on the do not call list, so I share your frustration.
I receive a call to lower my interest rates every week. I pushed one to get to someone to get my number off the list and the person was a little surprised at my not wanting the calls.
I received the call as well. I asked to be put on the do not call list. The guy said "shut up, shut up, shut up" I am reporting this to the FCC and my local PD. The phone company was not any help it seems that the police have to get involved.
They keep calling me. Same message as above. I press whatever number it says at the end to speak to a human, ask them to put me on their do not call list (I am already on the national one), and they hang out without saying anything in response
They called us too and the caller ID said FLORIDA so I answered to try and get them to stop and pressed 1 to talk to someone and they asked me if I wanted to change my rates so I said no and expressed my wishes not to have further contact and he got mad and hung up on me so I reported this number. When I tried calling back the number isn't in service either, got a call like this from Arizona on my cell phone yesterday that also was not a working number when you try and call back, I hate when scum like this tries to call.

It only took a couple of minutes to complete their form. Perhaps they can take action if they receive enough complaints.

Sure wish there was some way to put and end to these non stop annoying calls.
They called and got my answering machine but didn't leave a message. I'm also on the Do Not Call list for all the good that does.
Lowering my credit card rate to 4.65%??? Yeah right! I opted to speak to a rep (Drake) and then asked to be put on their do not call list, he hung up on me! Fraudsters!
Although I am on the National Do Not Call List, I receive calls daily from companies claiming to have good news about the stimulus program that will lower credit card interest. I pressed one to speak with a representative. A live person named Michael asked if I pressed one to lower my credit card interest rate. I started to explain that I was on the do not call list and he hung up on me. We get 2 or 3 calls per day. How do we stop this?
This number, which caller ID identifies only as "Florida," calls my phone regularly. Today I answered it, the agent said, "This is Card Member Services. Are you calling to lower your interest rate today?" I answered her and said, "Actually, I'm calling to find the name of your organization. I'm on the Federal Do Not Call list, and I'd like to have my name removed." She said, "Do you have a pen and paper so I can give you a phone number to call?" I said, "Yes, please." She said, "1-800-Kiss MY A$$." (Sorry - It's impossible to watch the language while quoting someone.)
Dialed "1" and asked to be put on their do not call list, and the rep hung up. This is clearly a type of phishing scam.
Got a call about lowering my credit, and when I called back, the number is not available. Also from Florida and my number is on the do not call list, a lot of good that does.
Caller ID Florida this time (have gotten other states and #s with exact same recording - Lower your credit card interest. I pressed 1 to talk to the rep (as I have before - previously I have said I am on the National Do.... and they hung up in mid sentence). This time rep said did you press one to lower your cc interest? I said I pressed 1 - started into script asking me questions about my cc. I asked what credit card company they were calling from and was told Visa and Mastercard. Again, which company and the rep hung up on me. Did return call and the number is disconnected. How can we stop these calls?

Got a call from this same number. No message was left -- The caller ID showed FLORIDA on my phone. I will add to my list of blocked callers.
Recorded message from "Account Services", a company that calls us almost daily and always from a different number that I cannot call back to or trace. Once I stayed on the line and pressed 1 to speak to someone so I could tell them not to call me and that we were on the Do Not Call list. I did not answer his questions about which bank I have credit cards with, or how much I owed, and asked them not to call again. He said that I didn't have to get nasty, and he would see that I was not able to get any credit. I hawe reported them to the Do Not Call List, but do not have much hope of stopping this.
Recorded message - "We can save you money on your credit cards". "Press 1 to speak to an attendant". These people are surely running a scam to get your credit card information and they get difficult when you don't cooperate. Don't tell them anything. HANG UP ON THEM !

When the phone rings with a caller ID I don't recognize, I let my answering machine answer. Being a little bored today ( as you can see I'm taking the time to write this!) I answered received this automated call about lower cc inerest rate..press 1. asked who was calling and phone # "Jeff from Account Sevrices in Long Island, 781-452-2072" told him I was on do not call list. He said call this number to get-off list. I said no. He said ok, will call back tomorrow. Te number is to ioke line "how to keep a idiot waiting". These guys are pathetic LOSERS!
Offer to lower credit card fee. Didn't listen beyond that.
let us lower you credit card interest.... why cant these people obey the do not call list.... I might add they are very rude.
