First one man with a very thick Indian accent, then a second man with less of an accent got on the line. They knew the year of my surgery and wanted me to join in a class action lawsuit. They said someone had sold the information to this legal group, either the hospital, clinic or Dr.'s office. I asked if he knew about HIPAA laws. He said he did. I told him it was illegal and offensive to buy my medical information, and that I wanted nothing to do with them. He asked if I was crazy. I asked if he was. I told him never to call me again. I am very upset that my medical information has been sold or stolen.

Got a call from someone who said they were private detective going to have me arrested for hot check from 7 years ago. Called local police was advised to make small payment with credit card then cancel it so it could be traced. Receipt shows company from Atlanta Georgia but my receipt has IP address that leads to this number in Florida (786.594.2650

They called me at 7am in the morning!!  Very upset!!  They wanted to discuss filing a lawsuit about potentional issues I MAY have suffered as a result of medications I MAY have taken in the last 10 years!  I told them to never call me again.

Called twice during work hours.  I did not pick up.  I later called back - since I didn't recognize the number.

Asked about myself or a family member having surgeries previously mentioned (which they have not).  

Caller said thank you and abruptly hung up once I told him that was not correct.

So annoying - gentleman with an Indian accent asking me if I had surgery in the past 12 years, something about mesh, it was difficult to understand him. Just said no, and mentioned that I'm on the no call list...very annoying.

The same number of (786)594-2650 but after the other calls I simply screen before answering now, ignoring any I don't know.  What an annoyance and still attribute the onslaught from an online order with Walmart.

Keep getting calls on cell phone from this number. If I answer they hang up. I just recently added my cell phone to the do not call list and seem to be getting more calls now!

I received a call from them this morning and I just had hip surgery two weeks ago. I don't know how they know this and they told me there is a lot of dollars to be received from this class action lawsuit and I needed to go have more surgery and get the mesh put in me so I could sue???? I ended up hanging up on them, because they would not listen and it was very disturbing to have someone who knows nothing about you to tell you to go have surgery so you can sue. I am not getting it and feel very violated by their questions and pushiness to have surgery for the lawsuit. They just need to go back to their country and ask their citizens to have surgery, so they can sue and we wonder why our country is broken. It would be because of people like this!!!

This heavy accent person called me and was rude and relentless.  Wanted to know when MY MOTHER had her hip transplant and so on.  I told him I was on a no call list but he didn't care.  I also told him I was going to turn him into the FTC.  He didn't care.  He kept talking no matter what and so fast I couldn't even understand him.  Horribly upsetting call. Nasty person.

some idiot called saying they were needing info that a helen had bladder surdgery and they were mexican police department .we hung up phone and did reverse phone check came up from florda  .

Called back to get # removed and they hung up 3 times. Very arrogant. They said they would remove my number.  Hopefully they did.  If not I want to press charges.

I received a call from this number this morning on my home phone.  The guy with the thick accent asked about bladder/hip replacement surgeries within my household.  It just so happens that I have had both!  It made me nervous that he would know that, but he could have just been "fishing".  I just had the hip replacement last month!  I told him I did not have time to talk and he said he'd call back!   I won't answer again.

I HAVE ASKED THESE PEOPLE TO STOP CALLING. I JUST LOST MY MOM AND MY HUSBAND HAS JUST HAD OPEN HEART SURGERY. I DON'T NEED THIS.

I have been getting these calls as well. No contact with them because I do not answer my phone. I do not know how they got my number i have not had any of the above procedures and I am on a do not call list so I will be reporting to the do not call company for them to further follow up. From reading this post at least now I know what it is about.

I just received a call from a gentleman with a very heavy Indian accent.  He said he was from Medical Healthcare Center and wanted to know if myself or any of my family had received treatment for surgery using mesh or hip replacement surgery.  I asked if they were familiar with HIPPA? Once I explained to the gentleman that it stood for Health Information Privacy Protection Act and they were violating it by asking personal questions about my personal health with out my written permission they were in violation of the law and could be fined.  I told them I understand you are probably working for a group of attorneys trying to get people to sue in a class action suit.  I asked for their address so I could send a letter to ask them to remove me from their calling list, they refused to give the information.   I told them to not call me again and if I had a need for a attorney, I was capable of contacting one on my own and I didn't want any further calls from them.
