786-607-9053 Keep getting calls have told this person  not to call repeatedly keep calling. How do you get them to stop

these people are calling my cell phone I know they are telemarketers  can I have them stop calling

They just called my number.  I have Caller ID and it showed up as Private Number.  Answered and after long pause a woman with an Indian accent answered saying she was from the Medical Health Center and asked for my wife by name in regard to compensation from vaginal surgery in the last 15 years.  I asked her for the Company name again and her name and phone number.  She eventually said her name was Christine Smith.  When she gave me the phone number 786-607-9053, I said "bye" and called them right back.  A male with an Indian accent answered and said his name was Peter Smith with the Medical Health Center....same story.  I asked him to connect me with Christine, which he did!  Same Indian lady answered the phone and was freaked out that I called her back so she forwarded me to her supervisor, Alex Smith.  I talked to Alex for a little while and asked if they were all related...he said he was not authorized to answer that question.  I asked him where they were located and what the street address was...he would only say Miami.  I was so close.  At that time, I ended the conversation.

Can this sort of thing be reported to the FBI since it occurs over state lines?  What can be done?

Called my cell phone twice in the span of a minute. I don't know anyone in Florida and confirmed here that it is a scam. BLOCKED!

I got a call from 786-607-9053. It was an Asian Indian male with a heavy accent wanting to know about my families bladder surgery history. Where are these people calling from and how do they get our phone numbers?

Caller ID says FLORIDA. Keep calling. Get a real job law breaking losers!

Get call blocking and add it to the list on the call blocking system.

Found out through *69 that they had tried to call me at 4.52 PM. Weirdos....

I answered the phone and they say nothing ... why call?

I just called them from my work phone because the caller id is blocked.  The man answered "American Health Center" but sounded like he was in India.  They keep calling me and it is really annoying!

I have had 3 calls from them since last night. They leave no message.

All you  no speaking english people go call your country with this nonsense and stop bothering people. Nobody is is stuck on stupid  not getting any information. Go scam your own people. Thank you

The operator very politely listened to me read an entire two-page poem. I asked him if he wanted me to read another but he declined. Pity. It may have improved his English skills.

Got a call from this Indian guy from
A 'health medical center' who could not speak yet said that if I had a 'mesh' surgical procedure procedure done before he could do it again. He not only called me at my unpublished phone, but the scary part  is that he had my full name.
It is very scary that someone has been accessing records somewhere to get my personal data.

I usually ignore these "unavailable" calls, but on occasion I answer to see who is calling. It was a man with a very heavy accent, Indian perhaps. He wanted to know if anyone had surgery in the past 10 years as everyone else has stated here, but seemed to emphasize female surgeries such as " vaginal mesh" and a list of other surgeries that are often mentioned on commercials heard on TV that are for attorneys. This is obviously garbage and I can't possible imagine how anyone falls for this crap to make it worth their while to make these phone calls!

This person mentioned a medical claim but wouldn't make any sense.

Beware folks--I, too got called from this number. Couldn't understand the person except when they spoke of medical something or other. I hung up. They called back one more time and I didn't answer. Then, on Friday, I got a call from 646-503-1702 came up as Local Phone. I didn't pick up, and when I checked the number online, the same scenario as this number was posted by several folks. SO, the spoofers are obviously trying different numbers and "titles" to try to get folks to pick up. Guess not picking up on any unrecognizable number is the answer....

Long pause before actually answering. Accented English trying to reach my wife about surgical complications and being able to receive a lot of money. Told him that it was a bull$hit call and he indicated that it was not a bull$hit call. That's when I terminated  the call ;)

I do not answer calls from unknown numbers but this number has called my residence at least a half a dozen times in the last couple of days.

This is the same India man who can not speak a lick of English,he called about 11:00 am he could not say my name,he has called me from different number's I got my land line phone cut off got a cellphone different number thought this would help wrong this @zzhole started calling my cellphone number as a retired veteran's wife America you have dropped the ball on this big time, hard working American's should not have to put up with these BS caller's that you have shipped our jobs to, how the hell else are they getting your names,number's an other information these calls are @zznine.These calls come more than once we can find anyone in America,but you can not catch these caller's I know there are a couple good folks on here that would love to call them in person.I know I would !!!

Under the Telephone Consumers Protection Act ("TCPA") 47 U.S.C. Section 227 Section 227 under the FCC. gov., unless you've given the person permission to contact your cell phone they are in violation of soliciting, telemarketing etc.   It is my understanding that there is restriction of use for cellphones because most people have phone contracts that charge per minute and are charged for these unsolicited, unwanted telephone calls.   Therefore, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) put umbrella's on the TCPA law to help the consumer with retribution options when 'harassed' by these types of 'robotic, telemarketing, annoying phone calls, particularly to cellphones.   One must put in 'writing' or make 'verbally' known that they do not wish to receive these calls when engaging in conversation with the annoying party.  Once this has been established, if the unwanted caller calls back or continues to contact the cellphone (robotic or otherwise)  you can file a complaint with the FCC and access up to $500 per violation.   Please read the TCPA statute and familiarize yourself and exercise your rights.  I did it and was pleased with the outcome.   It doesn't hurt to try.   Good luck!

Just got a call from this number! They asked me if anyone in my family had a mesh implant in the last few months! I told him no! He said his name was Steve but he had an India accent!  I looked up the number and it said that the number was invalid! The area code is from Mami Florida! SCAM!!!!

I keep getting calls from this number, don't know this number so figure it either has to be a telemarketer or a scam.  Therefore I won't answer.  I am on the no call list so please remove my number.  I really don't appreciate numerous calls day after day.

If you look at the date of all of the messages for this number, you'll see that this number was first used as a prank call number in the last month. This is not a telemarketing call. Some person(s) creates these numbers anew everyday for prank call purposes and puts people's phone numbers on the list of people to be called. Sometimes it's entire exchanges or area code/exchange blocks of numbers set aside. Probably someone involved works for a phone company and is sharing inside knowledge of phone numbers not designated as real home phone numbers or places of business. No doubt there are dumb and warped people in this world.  If your number is called then some a***ole is playing games with you. It's really pathetic. To respond to James, it's not always some loser in their boxer shorts. Sometimes it's someone in a high level position who is beyond suspicion. Sometimes it's a scam that someone is in a position of prestige.
