The number calls me at least 4 times a day, and i answer is says no one is available to take your call then hangs up. and when i call back it says it has been disconnected.

I just got the same call 10 minutes ago,, SCAM!!!!!!!

THE CALL ME THREE TIMES A DAY AND WHEN I ANSWER THEY SAY NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO TAKE MY CALL WHEN I DON'T ANSWER THEY CALL BACK ALL DAY!

I, like everyone else, made the mistake of giving stupid David's Bridal my number.  It got to the point where this number was calling at least six times a day, and the number was always "disconnected" when I called back.  I finally just called my phone provider and got it blocked.  Let's just say DB will not be getting my business!

I think we should absolutley complain to them. I'm sure somewhere in very fine print on their standard form it says that they might do this. However, most of the bridal shops I go to ask for the information and have very similar forms. It seems to be a very standard thing to do. COnsidering this is a very standard thing for most bridal shops to ask you to fill out, did you look at the standard paper... no probably not. You were probabaly (as was I) very excited about going shopping for a wedding dress, getting married, the whole thing. It is very wrong for them to take advantage of us and count on us not to read the fine print becuase of our excitment in what should be our big moment.

I too have been having this happen and now seeing everyone's post, realize what happened. I also went to David's Bridal and filled out their typical questionairre many other bridal shops have. I am very disappointed that a company as large of David's Bridal has done this. That said, has anyone gotten this to stop??

That is exactly the same thing i did how do we get it to stop? can we complain to davids bridal as well?

The same thing happens to me, they call and I can't even answer the phone and they hang up. I am glad that I found others in my shoes too.

This is in reference to David's Bridal selling my contact information to a 3rd party solicitor. i receive calls from telemarketers about 4 times each day and only for about 2-3 seconds. They hang up when you pick up because the telemarketer is probably scared and is just going through the motions of dialing and hanging up before someone can answer. the number is not a direct line so when i call back it says it is disconnected.

these are pointless calls because the solicitor is scared to do their job and i can get in contact with anyone to make this stop.. soo pointless

I am so sick of them calling me. They have called my phone now 8 times today!! Every hour they are calling. It rings a few times and then they hang up. I want it to stop!

David's Bridal!!!!!!!!! I ve registered with them too and i get the same scam calls from this number too!!!!!  is it the cause that they are selling our info??

I am also registered with David's Bridal and get a call from this number at least 5 times a day, but like everyone else it seems to only ring twice...at the most.  I've tried calling back and it says the line is disconnected.  I will be calling David's Bridal to find out what they have to say, and then possibly demanding they delete my number from their system...

I got a call from this number today and 6-8 other times over the past few weeks. Same story about the Ramada giving me a 'free' honeymoon. I tried calling back and the number was disconnected. Scam!!

Stopped for a while, now it is calling me 3-4 times per day for the past 4 days.  Rings once, hangs up.  Call it back, says reached a number not in service.  Who does someone report this to who can do something about it.

Well I recieve a call about 2-3 times a day same as everyone else they call rings once or twice and i miss the call.  But Im also registered at David's Bridal so I guess thats why I'm getting this call.

I've been getting lots of strange calls too. Since an expo and David's Bridal...Also I've been getting lots of emails from different vendors "associated" with David's Bridal. Guess I'm gonna get my dress somewhere else.

Ever since I went to a Bridal Expo, all sorts of weird numbers have been calling me. A different one I looked into online was also from signing up with Davids Bridal. I always just ignore them but I wish David's Bridal wouldn't give away our numbers!

Im constantly getting calls from this number with the same responses you guys gave up top. It's kind of annoying.

I've gotten numerous calls from this number with the same results. I've also gotten calls from other numbers I've searched and all seem to have one thing in common.. David's Bridal. If I'd have known this would happen after spending thousands of dollars with their company.. I would have searched else where for my dress and wedding accessories.

Had the same thing happen to me. I hung up once they started asking about credit card numbers.
Why is David's Bridal giving out personal information?

I received that SAME EXACT CALL today. I didn't give them my banking information but for some reason they knew my home address. That freaked me out. I'm not sure how they got my information but im not happy about it. Especially if they are trying to scam people.

IT'S A SCAM!!!!!! NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR BANKING INFORMATION WITHOUT GETTING SOMETHING IN WRITING!!!!!!

Thankyou so much, it seemed fishy when they gave me a different number than the one that called me.  I told her my wallet was stolen, I got scammed last year for a less believable thing, and I wanted to double check.

Recieved a call from this number today and it was a lady saying i won a 4day 3 night stay at Ramada Inns in Orlando or Ft. Lauderdale with all meals included for my honeymoon. She said i was automatically entered because of the company i have my bridal registry with, and i got my dress and bridesmaids dresses from Davids Bridal so i thought hmm maybe it was them? Everything was believeable until 'Vanessa' said i had to put a $120 deposit on a room on my credit card. I said i did t have one (i do) but i wasnt about to give some random lady my credit card number. I got off the phone with her and called davids bridal who said while this may possibly be legit but not anything they know of for sure i called ramada directly who told me they didnt know anything about that. They also said it could be legit, but im not gonna bother with it. Long story short, just ignore it. Scammers!

I get the same thing... almost once a day!!!!!!!!!!!

This number calls me multiple times a week and sometimes multiple times in one day. When I answer I hear "We're sorry no one is available to take your call at this time" and then the call is cut. When I call the number back I get "We're sorry you have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service." Sometimes it leaves a message and sometimes just a missed call. It keeps interupting meetings at work.....how can I get this stopped?
