I keep getting calls from this number.

This was done to my wife and I over a year ago. now they are trying again. Just tell them to go hump a camel, and see how profesional they become. Ive work with ALOT of debt collectors and other co. and never have I heard pure stupidity before. American names for a person with Indian decent. I truly believe in my heart that Home Land Security and the FBI should be notified. Thies could be people geting money to do the US and its soldiers harm. I plan on reporting this first thing Monday morning and I truly hope you do as well. This is a grave mistake on their part for trying to take advantage of US citizens and we need to stop them. i have all the time in the world. i told them to take my number off their list. and they continued to call me. they like to harrass people. so i thought to myself, "gee, if they can get away with harrassing people, can we get away with harrassing them?" ive been harrassing this number 3 days straighr. just insulting them and mocking them until they get pissed enough to hang up the phone. then i just hit redial and do it all over again. i called them for an hour straight today. by the last conversation they were begging me to never call them ever again. We're just gonna have to fight them back everybody.  THEY HARRASS US, WE HARRASS THEM!!!

i just want to alert all of u my friends ..i itself think as u r thinking..i gotta call from attorney office but i ignore to them ..within week they served legal notice to my door step, my work place as well as my friends.i just taken loan of 500$ but they filed litigation against me of 4000$...i m scared of loosing my job as well...they proved that thing in the court house that i was my intention to never pay it back..ask them to cme up with 4000$ ...i was really scared hw to resolved that matter..then i called to them and ask to withdrew that litigation ..i repaid 2500$ than they agreed to resolved through cmpromise...i appealed to all my friends nevr ignore to them .....

This is crazy, about 4 months ago I was almost complete with a pay day advance application but NEVER submitted it and NEVER received money which I can prove. The first time they called me was a couple months ago, after getting all the information and speaking with the investigator I googled the number which was different then this new number, and realized it was a scam. Plus if they took action, fine, I had proof I never received the money. BUT, now they're calling again, I can't believe this, this time it's COX Snyder with Dispute Resolution Center, what's scary is they have my social and my checking account # (I don't use that often, so no funds can be stolen), but this is really scary!

I have and still is receiving calls from a Don Douglas saying there from a law and investigation service and they have the last 4 of my S.S.  I am concerned about this any suggestions.  I do know it's a scam.  How do I get of these non speaking english person.

well these people like to harrass me while im at work. so i decided to do a little payback and decide to harrass them. I keep asking to talk to an american, and where they are working. They claim they are from Miami, FL. And from the things i have said to them, if they are officers, they are not proffessional at all.  Either they straight up hang up on you or they curse you out. My buddy even got them to engage in phone sex. There is nothing more disgsting than hearing a foreigner trying to fake an orgasm. Do not give these people any of your money. If there is anyway to report these people or get these people in trouble...please someone tell me.

I've been recieving calls from 661/786 numbers from certain ones claiming to be with either American Law Division or American Federal Division(depends on the day). They claim that I have committed fraud by failing pay back a loan that I never took out. I talked to the folks who I dealt with and uncovered this plot to scare me and extort money from me and my family. They've threatened with arrest and jailtime. My wife changed our home number, they start calling my job! These rude, spineless, necrotic sacks of flesh need to be caught, hung upside- down by their testicles and be slapped with sacks of elephant dung. Show these cowards that you are not scared, let them know that you know they're a sham, and stay on the bank statements!! I REALLY, REALLY look foward to seeing how you handle these nimrods , and hopefully I don't knock the accent out of these idiots!!

He keeps calling saying his name is Henry Nelson and he is going to send the authorities to pick me up.  Very deep Indian accent.  I keep transferring his call to the local time and weather number.  They were calling from a different number a couple of months ago saying they were the American Law Office.  He now just says he is trying to collect money I owe (which I don't).  He says he has left messages on my cell phone and if I continue to ignore them, they will take that as a sign that I have no intention to repay my debt.  I guess I have had about nine calls today alone.

Oh, and not only does he call from different number and different names, but sometimes he's calling from a debt relief place for cash advance america (which i never took a loan from, my bank has confirmed this) but he sometimes says from some american law firm or some such crap. I'm still shaky he has my ss # tho :(

i just called this number (others they had left were not valid #'s) and "brian hunt" took my call (who sounded exactly like the guy who answered my call lol)  Brian was "in a meeting" so i asked if i can talk to "officer shawn"  (another name used) I told the guy who answered my call that i believe them to be the same person. He got this Brian guy for me and he gave me some information regarding the law suit filed against me. He then read me my ss # (which to my horror was correct) but i told him that was not mine. his response was "ohhh my gosh!!!! oh my gosh!!! so xxx-xx-xxxx does not belong to you?" I repeated and said no, and he said back "ohhh my gosh!!! there has been an error in our records. you will no longer receive calls from us"  I then asked this clown if i can have the address to his company and he refused to give it to me. I asked if it was because he wasn't calling within the US but rather India... he hung up...
Hopefully his calls cease!!!!

I have been receiving calls from these people using different names and numbers. Every time I tell them that I have proof from my bank that I never received the loan they tell me that they will guarantee that the cops will be at my house within 2 hours... they never are of course. I also would like to know how to make them stop calling. They stop for a few weeks then call again. I looked up "Cash Advance America" customer support and the email address on their website was not valid. Any ideas how to make them stop?

These people are really something! They have been calling me for months and I usually just ignore them. I had enough today when they left a message with my coworker and decided to call them back. Some idiot talked on and on about a payday loan that was taken out with the last four of my social and old email address. He then went on to ask me if I inteded to committ check fraud and then I asked him if he knows his company and phone number is listed with the FBI...he said "Oh I'm so scared of that" sarcastically and hung up. I then proceeded to call back about 9 times asking for various information and they hung up on me each time. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THESE MORONS ANY INFORMATION. There is no truth to thier claims at all.

I recieved this call from a guy name Johnny Parker and he told me tha I took out a loan from Cash Advance America in Sept. 2009 and I can settle out of court with a fee of 451.69. I do not know what he is talking about and told me that I will have a warrant against my name and will go to jail. Do not know what to do please help!!

Got a phone call from this number & message from someone named michael,couldn't make out his last name,saying my brother has an issue with legal contract papers. Very poor broken english, I did save the message & number. I also contacted my cell phone provider and local police.

if you wrote a bad check for good or services then it is possible because that falls under bad check laws. If you just failed to pay the debt then that is not going to happen. Usually you will get notice before legal action is taken against you. Get a letter and pay it if possible.

Someone named "Ron Black" / "Ryan Black" keeps calling my phone saying that there is a legal action being taken against me.  He says the local officers will be coming to my home and that I need to locate an attorney or call this number.  Is this real?
