this foreign guy told me his name was : alex jones , micheal anderson , micheal williams , and Derrick Anderson within a matter of 2 days wow!!! and its the same guy same story as everybody else's. supposedly i had an oustanding amount of payday loan debt and i was being sued :( how sad !!!! to bad this is a scam !! he threated me saying that i was going to jail and i said bring em on because i dont a single loan and before i hung up . i asked him what the name of their company ( it was the same as the other ones above) and then i asked him for the street address and he coulndn't for the life of him tell me what it was!!!! i laughed and said "exactly..........dont ever call me again"

yeah so this guy just called me and said his name was shawn williams. he said someone was suing me and all that crap. i asked him the name of his company and i googled it and the number and it brought me here. THIS is a 100% scam. I just kept calling them like they kept calling me and every time i called i recorded to conversation. and when i told him that he hung up !!! I NEVER HAD A PAYDAY LOAN BY THE WAY

GOT A CALL FRIDAY AND AGAIN TODAY. SAME PERSON GAVE DIFFERENT NAMES. LEFT EXACT SAME MESSAGE. I CALLED BACK TODAY AND TOLD THEM IT WAS MY TURN TO THREATEN THEM AND HUNG UP.

Recieved a phone call from the same number 786-752-3760.....today watch your back this is a scam to get information...and get money from you the caller told me i was goin to be sued....from here on out all information should be kept comnfidential i know mine is..so heres the news quit calling american citizens...no matter what one day god will be calling you are you going to try and scam him i think not.

I got a phone call from this same number 786-752-3760 saying that I was being sued and asking if I had an attorney.  I was kind of scared at first because he called my work, a hospital, where they interrupted a surgery to answer this call saying I could go to jail for 90 days if I didn't pay $500 today!  In said I am at wok and you are to NEVER f'ing cll me here again.  If I owe someone money they can send me a bill in the mail.  I have no idea what he is talking about tho.  Never had a payday loan. Called my bank and they investigated a little an said they thought it was a scam and is going to turn him in to the attorney general.  Said if he ever called back to b sur to tell him that I am recording the conversation and that I know its a scam.  This is unreal!!

A guy that I could bearly understand told me I was being sued for a pay day loan.  I never received a payday loan.  Told me I would have to go to court and get an attorney. I wanted to double check incase my wife did something I did not know. Pulled all my bank records and as expected nothing.  Asked to speak to his boss, couldn't get me one. I told him send me the notice and I will meet them in court. Told me I will pay more to hire an attorney.  Said I did not need one, tried to tell me it could cost me up to $5000. I asked him what address he was going to send the notice to and he could not give me my address.  He told me.  He told me to wait then he hung up on me.  Can you say SCAM!

Just received a phone call from 786-752-3760, also, during the conversation, he told me I was going to jail on Friday, 07/20/2012. I asked for what? He stated a payday loan, using 2 different names. Advance Payday Plus and then when I asked for the name again, he gave me Advance Credit Plus, asked what Law Firm he was with, and he stated he was with Legal Account Assoc., asked what the phone # was and he gave the 786 # ect, asked for address for the law office, 530 Lucille St., Miami, Fl 33133, which took quite a while for him to this info.......... As for his Attorney # with the Florida Bar Association, and he gave this number 260491, and quess what he has not past the Fl. Bar Assoc., yet. Looking into this further on Tues., 07/17/2012.  Will keep ya posted.  What a scam.  I also told me I would never find him. I said, Watch Me!!!

This guy had all my information. But wrong amount and incorrect company name. Wanted me to send him my debit card number I said this is a scam to myself. Never gave me his company name or my account number with the payday loan company. Said, they were going to take me to court and it would cost me thousands more in lawyers fees. Told him I will call him back and hung up.I intend to pay back the loan in one lump sum using a money order and contact from that company.

This Indian guy named "Alex Jones" said I was being sued by some payday loan company. I never took out a loan. I applied, but never went through with it. Anyway, someone left me a nasty message saying I had two hours to call back. I did, and they said I needed to send $100 to investigate, and I'll get that money back. Otherwise, I will see them in court. I hung up. Screw these guys.
