I think that if you do transactions over the internet such as pay day loans these scumbags have found a way to do a SPOOF call through magic jack or phone guru, I don't understand what company lets these scumbags do this ? At the end of the day their is nothing we can do to track these crooks down. Now if there is can anyone advise me to do so? P.S speedycash or cash america I 've some guys in the background saying this

I just got home and found a missed call on my answering machine but no message was left. Now I know what to expect if someone calls me again from this number.

I found a voicemail on my cell phone from this number early this morning. The man in the message said his name was Marcus Jackson and said that he was hired by SpeedyCashNet Payday Loans to file a lawsuit against me for not repaying a loan I took from them. I just turned 18 this year and have not taken out a loan. Fortunately for me my uncle just happens to be a lawyer, my father a police officer, and my grandfather a retired police chief. Of course I told them about the call and let them hear the voicemail and if he calls again there will be hell to pay.

I got the same call today.  If he calls again, I am going to call the Ohio Attorney General's office and give them his phone number.

A man called me on my cell and work phone said that there was a case that was going to be filed with my local civil court and if I didn't respond to the phone call I am going to jail....He had a heavy Indian accent and he called me about seven times total

Marcus Jackson calls me from this number claiming to be a lawyer and I am being sued for a payday loan I do not owe. He wanted me to pay him to have this payday loan company drop the charges. He also has a thick Indian accent and likes to swear. I do not know how much information he has on me but I have red flagged my credit reports, credit cards, checking account, and reported him to the FTC, BBB, FBI, my local police department, and my state Attorney Generals Office. I can not wait for this guy to get arrested. He will not get anything from me.

I am currently a student and have never gotten a payday loan in my life. He called me today and told me that I am being sued and all of that nonsense. But when I told him that I don't have a payday loan out nor have I ever he got smart and said that he's been working there for three years and knows what he talking about. Well honey I used to work with a cash advance place and no they don't press charges or have a lawyer from a different state call you. In the state of Nebraska it goes to collections if you can even call it that. They do not send you to jail. He's an idiot. He hung up on my and when I called back, wondering wtf was going on because my bank has had weird transactions that I didn't do, he was like please hold and the phone was silent for as long as I could wait. I RECIEVED A CAL FROM A MAN WITH A INDIAN ACCENT HE SAID HIS NAME IS CHRIS PHILLIPS . HE SAID I OWETHEM A PAYDAY LOAN AND THEY WERE TAKING ME TO COURT BECAUSE IT IS A FELONY. I DO NOT NOR DIOT DO A PAYDAY LOAN WITH THEM

Marcus Jackson calls me incessantly from this number telling me that I defaulted on payday loan I never took out. He told me that I need to pay him $800.00 right away to drop charges and it seemed like no matter what told him he would not leave me alone. Then I came up with an idea. He wants me to pay him through Green Dot, which is a scam indicator, so I went up to Walmart and I went to there gift card rack and I opened a Greed Dot package and I called him back and told him that I put $800 on a Green Dot but actually gave him the card number for any empty card. He called me back about two and a half hours later, screaming, yelling, and pissed off that there was no money on the card. I said, "well I guess the card  did not activate, its not my fault, call the Walmart where I bought it." I then gave him the phone number to the Walmart store.

Just got a call from this number. While i was one the phone I asked him to hold and he hung up and call me back 3x and he aggresivley told me "why did i hang gup on him" he continued to tell me about a law suite and i told him to s*** my **** and take off. he told  me "watch and see."

this man with a heavy indian accent called from this number saying i was being sued and when i told him i could not understand his accent he freaked out starting calling me names saying i was being smart with him. i called him back to ask for his name and companys info he told me his name is mark thompson and hes with the law group of delvini i told him i was callin the BBB cuz he cant talk to me like that and he started screaming!!!  I typed law group of delvini in flordia in the computer and it turns out he has done this alot to a lot of people so for everyone else he is a SCAM and to mr whoever you are you need to go the f*** back where you came from your punk a** games are not welcome here!!! your just lucky i dont know where you live!!

Same thing happened to me.  Marcus Jackson said I was being sued and they were going to my employer  but they never told me what the charges were.  I simply asked him what the case #  was and he started yelling.  He told me to have my lawyer call him direct before I get arrested.  Of course I know better.  If there were charges of some sort filed then they would have to serve me the  a legal summons to appear in court. Otherwise its HOG WASH

This person with a heavy accent called my cell twice and my work phone 3 times today, threatening to have me arrested and then said God Bless or something like that at the end of his messages.  I read everyones' comments on here and decided to call him back and give him a taste of his own medicine!!  He did not answer, so I left a message and threatened legal action on him if he ever called me again.  I called him back again and he answered, and I told him the same thing again, and he said we have no trouble now and hung up.  Each time he called he used a different name.  DO NOT PAY THIS PERSON ANYTHING!!  HE IS A SCAM ARTIST!!

Same story again, same people. Just different names, different phone #. First call I got- to my phone and my work- were from Delveny Law Office in New Jersey. Second calls are from Anderson Law Firm in Miami FL.  (786) 245-5199.  I reported them to the FTC and State Attorney General's Office. The investigator said the phone numbers are from pre-paid cell phones, so they could be calling from anywhere- not just from area code. (India, maybe?!)           Please call the Federal Trade Commission and report them if you get any more calls from them.  They will give you a reference #.             FTC ( 877)382-4357.

As you descrive him is thesame with me threaten me. the bad thing is if he start calling my work. I almost fall for sending money. I own a payday loan but ipaid them on time. and i called them to make sure because he wont  provide information he yell at you and you cant ask question to him. i guess i have to do something to stop this. now that i know is not just me his trying to call. i got scared serve you a warrant that you dont own money.

all of a sudden i am getting a call from a alex brown. he also has a heavy indian accent. i have a couple of pay day loans but i had spoke to the reps and i have nothing that is due. so i was skeptical of it since he said if he didnt hear from me that he wished me luck and god bless. a couple of times that he called, the lines were all broken and i could hardly understand what he was saying. i have been scammed before and this time i am more alert of the situation... i am pretty sure he's gonna continue to call tomorrow as he called me every hour. I will file a complaint with him and let him speak to my friends whom are police officers and lawyers and threaten him back.

I have the same situation. Marcus Jackson calls me from this number saying that I am being sued for defaulting a payday loan I never took out. When I asked him to give me information on this loan he got very angry. He asked me to send him money through Green Dot (RED FLAG) and I told him that I would not send him a penny until I received a hard copy of documentation of the case and he said that he would get that done and I would have it within 72 hours and after we hung up I have never heard from him again. I also never received any documentation of a lawsuit. This was just over two weeks ago.

i got the same phone call well actually he left a voicemail..i could hardly understand it i had to listen to it like 20 times just to get the phone number..the only reason i called back was he said that he wished me luck with the situation that would unfold if i didnt get in contact with them..i didnt like the sound of that so i called back they stated i owed for a payday loan that i never took out and that a judgement had been filed against me by the company (who he couldnt tell me) he also couldnt tell me the date the loan was taken so after i asked for the contact number of the company he said he would call me back well of course i never heard anything else from him..he said his name was marcus

Today  4/20/12  suddenly i have a call sound thesame man Anne prescribe  a heavy Indian accent call me in my sell phone and at work. I told him i cant understand what his talking about untill  I ask him to slow down . i ask what company he work Acc america@lawyer.com  saying that he was from some legal company which I could not decipher and that some payday loan company had pressed charges against me. Told me to go to CVS to get a Green dot money pack . i need to send it today or now. i told him i cant pay now well at least send  half of it. when I ask what Paydayloan sued me he wont tell me American cash is the main cash ask them to collect the money. once i send the payment i will know he will send me a copy. I never received any notice from them just now he said i should read my email but then he ask me for my email so that he could send me to activate the code and reply to it with the money confirmation # that i make a payment.  What i scare me he said He will send me a warrant and file paper work to court and to my work Monday if  I dont make the payment now. Now i Dont have money for this ill be welling to pay if he gives me some notice or work with payment settle ment but i dont know if this true. be cause i did not do what he said today  what should  I do.
