Been getting calls by these people for months. I paid over $2000 dollars to them for no reason because. When I told them your scaming me and I will report this to the FBI and Police and told me to Suck a Di@k. Dont trust these people they are huge liers.

I have no idea who this guy is but he keeps calling my house when we've told him to stop; even went so far as to file a police report. He wanted to talk to my stepfather (who no longer lives with us) and I told him as much. He then proceeded to ask who I was? My response being does it matter. He laughed at me when I told him that the person he want to talk to know longer lives at that residence. This guy needs to be stopped. I have gotten the same name as John Brown as well as some others. There is always A LOT of background noise. Like this guy is in a bar or something.

I got the same message today from 412-290-7063 and then referred to James Hardy at 786-752-9135 they both had very heavy accent to have a American Name... I told them I wasn't paying crap without information on the allegations. He refuse to give me a badge number and lied said he work for Financial Crimes Investigation. They are in India trying to scare Americans into paying debts to make money. BEWARE and warn everyone not to pay a dime to them. They are getting access to our credit information and threatening to put us in Jail and court.. He told me I had 4 counts... Whatever that means. Payday loan my but last year. I didn't even take out any loans in the past 2 years.

requesting my banking information, when I asked for proof of what I was paying for they told me I had no right to question them and they would send an officer to my door to arrest me. Then they said "who the HELL do you think you are" and hung up on me.

I got the same message.... a while ago i did an on line pay day loan (big mistake) and they sold my info and I have been getting these calls about every three months. I stupid scammer sells your info to another but they are stupid cause they use the same tactict. The message said if I didn't call they would have the police come to my home and arest me. Today was not the best time to call me (I am tired and grouchy) I went off on this man. Told him if he called me again I would hunt him down and beat him to a pulp (ok that is the clean version lol) I told him to send the cops to my house. (Which he won't do) What I have found out inthe past all that can be done is you have to file online complaints with the FBI, Federal Trades Commisoin and you can call the local police and file a complainet there as well. Most of these scamer are not even in the US and we can't do anything to them. It did feel great to yell at this dumb a**. I am sure I took him off guard too lol.

Got a call from this individual called my cell 3 times left a message saying he didnt appreciate being hung up on. Heavy accent so i didnt understand what he was saying. all i heard was criminal activity involving my personal information. Have no idea how he got my social security number.

I received the same message yesterday. The person sounded Chinese and he said he was officer John Brown from some type of litigation dept. I was a primary suspect and if I didnt return his phone call there would be an officer on  my front door step. Weird.. I called back the number he left today and he answered the phone "How can i help u".. then i asked what company this was and he answered me with his thick accent so i couldnt catch it but he eventually hung up on me!

Wow!! I got the same message and he had the same heavy accent.  He told me that he was a criminal investigator and if I did not call him back then I would need to get a lawyer because I was going to be arrested.  This guy really needs to be stopped.

Got the same call just a little bit ago, same MO.  He told me in a very thick accent that he was Officer someone or other and told me that there was criminal activity regarding my social and that Ihad to call him prior to him processing criminal charges.  I too have no idea what this is or how he got my number.

Got a call from the same number saying he was from the financial crime and litigation Dept. Saying there were charges against my name. Didn't return the call but he called himself John Brown had a heavy accent and he couldn't even get his scam out in without a hitch. I believe he is a scam artist and needs to be taken down. I am going to call this department and let them know there is someone impersonating an officer. The number he called from was 9163950000 and told me to call back the 7867529135
