Received hang up today - when I called the ID I get a "Temporarily Disconnected - I called within 30 seconds of receiving the call.

I answered and there was no one on the line.  There was no automatic or computer hookup with anyone.  The line was silent.

This number calls me everyday, yet no one is there. When I call it back it is disconnected. I am concerned this is some kind of scam used to gain access to my phone.

I get calls from this number about every 3 days. When I answer the line goes dead.

I believe it is Florida Association of State Troopers (FAST). They also use 1-786-866-2525, 1-786-876-2529, 1-786-876-5407, 1-786-876-2533, 1-786-5400, 1-786-866-5411 and probably a host of other numbers with 1-786-876-XXXX

THIS CALL IS FROM THE FLORIDA STATE TROOPERS THING WANTING TO KNOW IF I WOULD DONATE MONEY.BUT WITH THE ECONOMY LIKE IT IS AND THE UNEMPLOYMENT LIKE IT IS WHO CAN AFFORD TO DONATE ANYTHING.

Frequently get a call from this number, hanging up after a couple of rings.

I just got a call like that but the weird thing is my name is D Boyer.and like everyone else there was a hang up when I answered.and this was at work.

Received a call 5 days in a row from D. Boyer 786-866-5406 & 786-866-5409.  They ALWAYS hang up!

keep getting the same phone call, no message left, or no one is on the other line

Have received two calls from G. Schneider at 1-786-866-5409, the last one on February 24, 2008 at 4:34 pm.  Have let answering machine pick up both calls, and no message has been left.  786 is a new area code for Miami and the Florida Keys.  My advice is to NOT answer the phone and maybe "it" will go away!!!

Feb 19, 2008:  7:14pm - - yep, same thing with me.  G Schneider was the caller ID.  No one spoke and then just a "click" (hang up)

Called at 5:12pm No message left

Call tonight at 8:19 PM EST from this number just after I left the house.  No message left.
Call from same number 12-13-07 at 2:09 PM.  No message left.

Got the same call tonight... while I was out.  No message left.

they just keep hanging up.  its harrassment

I am wondering who called... I've let the machine take the call and nothing was left.
