This is a number attached to a phone scam.  They send you a text message claiming you have won a Ford Explorer XLT 2011 and that your code to claim the prize is ####.  When you call the number a Mr. Rodriguez lets you know that this is a legitimate company that is setting up business in your area and the cars are for promotional purpose.  He then tells you that he will call you back with more information.  When he calls back that?s when he pitches the 300 dollar fee in order for you to receive the vehicle aka Prize.
