la sra que llama es ruda y la informacion esta incorrecta.  los consumidores pueden acudir a la "federal trade commission" si mantienen un patron de hostigamiento.  si lo solicitan tienen que detener las llamadas, es la ley.

De este número llaman semanalmente a casa de mis padres quienes están enfermos y no se identifican. Sólo preguntan por mi y presionan preguntando que sí está seguro q yo no vivo ahí. También lo presionan preguntando con quién están hablando. Llama un hombre de voz rruda y no se identifica nunca. Mis padres no tienen idea de donde llaman ni quien llama. Falta de ética y profesionalismo.

Parecen que son unos abusadores en violacion de ley. Comunicate a JCVELEZCOLON@YAHOO.COM - Abogado para que verifiques si los puedes demandar en tribunal federal. Si no ganas, no pagas.

This company is calling twice a day asking for my mom to recover a debt, my mom has 84 four years and do not have such kind of debt, but they do not want to talk with me and my mom is not mentally clear.

A mi tambien me llamaron con ese mismo numero, 787-993-3731, y fue exactamente como tu dijistes. Seria bueno reportar ese numero a la policia pues me da la impresion q son unos chanchulleros.

Esta gente busca identificarte, llaman preguntandote por alguien y al decirle que tienes numero equivocado, te preguntan cosas sobre ti. Me paso hoy y no quise darle mi informacion. Le pregunte de donde me llamaban y me dijo la mujer que como yo no quise decirle quien yo era, ella no me iba a decir tampoco. Llame de nuevo para atras y me colgo la llamada. No creo que una oficina de abogados reales tenga tan mal servicio al cliente

Se hacen llamar oficina de abogado Rodriguez Fernandez llaman para saber si conoces a cierta persona que nombran. Si contesta que no, te preguntan tu nombre. Si uno no se identifica se comportan intransigente e intimidantes. Parecen ser agencia de cobros o alguien para indagar información para algún proposito fraudulento.

Angencia de cobro muy persuasiva llaman a cualquier numero telefonico que los dueños tengan el apellido igual al de sus victimas para gestionar cobros de  deudas que fueron llevadas a perdida. Son Inconcientes y fraudelentos. No les importa  la situación economica ni la condición humana a quien les cobra para ellos enriqueserce.  Cuando una deuda es llevada a perdida en una institución financiera o banca ya esta salda ya que tienen una partida, reserva o seguro para cubrir dicho  balance pendiente en la partida de deudas incobrables. El agravante es que tu  credito queda gravemente afectado por mas de cinco años. Para esto puedes buscar ayudas con una agencia de restauración de credito confiable como Legal Credit Solution. Las agencias de cobro se estan aprovechando de la crisis actual para comprar estas cuentas a bancos e intituciones. Luego utilizan herramientas legales para hostigar, intimidar y presionar al deudor para que vuelva y pague. Pero no te ofrecen artenativas para ayudarte a restuarar tu credito que sería lo mas justo.   Tampoco informan a los negociados de credito que la deuda fue salda. ¿Qué te parece?  No te dejes intimidar, orientate, busca ayuda y reporta este tipo de atropello al gobierno federal. Hay leyes que los penalizan.

If any one receive a call from this collection agency don't answer!! They are very rude and make the impossible for get your money specially if its a very old debt. Right now I'm paying the double of my 10 years old debt just because I didn't know how to defend my self in court. This debt is already gone in my credit file but I'm still paying the double because if I not pay they can make a repossession of my property.. So if they send you an court citation don't don't and don't go!! They can't do anything about it....

Hi I received a call from that law firm and a guy by the name of mr falcon gad my case he explain to me what the call was about and he was very respectful and I did owe tge money it was,a loan the I took several years ago so it is really a legit law firm

I got phone call from this number every month since Feb and I wrote many reports to complain . I don't known if it work to report. today I still get the call. I did not answer, they left same message, speaking spanish , of course I don't understand a word they say only remember the sound of the message. I don't know why they wasting their time to call me. To make me frustrated ???!!!!

Call their offices they will remove your number but ask them to and they will. They speak perfect english.

This number calls me once a day with a recorded spanish message .they just called a few minutes ago... indeed they work for a debt collection agency, they´re located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, that´s why messages are in Spanish . they called every day at same time

I called to request a cease and desist, and a very rude lady with a Spanish accent that is NOT Puerto Rican hung up on me when I warned her that I would take action against them because of the violation of the FCC Law.

no buscan estafar si tienes cuentas en perdidas ellos llegan a un arreglo de pago contigo para prevenir un embargo a tu salario propiedad o un gravamen a tu carro ( prohibirte sacar tu marbete) es completamente legal y no lo pensaran dos veces en hacerlo...te recomiendo que los llames si debes ami me paso tuve q pagar cada centavo que debia y fui demandado en corte ellos no juegan llama y arregla no son agencia de cobro

its not a collection agency its a law office where accounts that irresponsible people who dont pay  theyre about to be served and sued because of non payment and are subject to Seizure of salary this is rule 60 in PR law. dont belive me look it up.

Saludos. Recientemente recibi una carta de cobro de esta supuesta firma de abogados pq mi caso fue referido de un banco, del cual nunca he tenido cuenta. Todo esto es bien similar entre muchos. Como trabajastes tu situacion? Lo reportastes en algun lugar? Dejeme saber para realizar las gestiones pertinentes!! Gracias mil.

Recibi una carta de esta firma de abogados relacionada a una cuenta que tengo con cierta compañia pero el numero de cuenta provisto es erroneo, el balance es incorrecto. Rapidamente valide historial de pagos que he realizado a traves del internet y esta todo al dia, llame directamente a la agencia con quien tengo el prestamo y me indican que todo esta bien con ellos y que no han referido mi cuenta a ningun abogado para cobros. Esto me huele a cogia de sangano.

Les recomiendo a todos que se comuniquen directamente con la compañia con la cual usted tiene el prestamo y valide su status con ellos.
