These people are scam artists they have scams saying that they are lawyers and you own them money for loans u never took out, they have scams for trying to get you money for using birth control and now they are calling about health insurance!!..They are doing anything to get money I even changed my number and somehow they got it again they have access to all websites apparently...They use a google voice mail number or they use disposable phones so that the numbers can not be traced!  DON'T FALL VICTIM TO THEM!!

I received a call today,the man voice sounded like from India,he told me he had my application for health insurance. I told him I have not applied for this & asked what company He is with he replied rather quickly and when asked again he did same thing and gave my address. I told him that I did not fill out any application and that he should take my name off of of whatever list he was using. He replied that this was not a solicitation call & continued with telling me the same stuff about how I filled out  a form for health ins. I told him that I was going to report this to BBB upon which he ended the call......

These idiots just called my cell, on a Saturday! And 791 isn't even a valid area code.

These people called my house twice today while I was at work. They did not leave a message. The caller ID showed Unknown Name the first time they called with the phone number 719-664-9682.  The second call, the ID showed Vo4o60132080012 above the phone number 719-664-9682. I attempted to call this number twice and the call averted to a phone with a different area code and the first 6 numbers of this phone number. I had to apologize to the lady and explained to her what had happened. Something really does need to be done to stop this foolishness.

I received a call from this number today 0117916649682, the person has a strang accent. He said he is from Helath insurance net work and wanted to confirm some information. I told him I do not know you and I hanged up. Does any one know anything about this? !!!

I have been getting calls from this number for weeks. When I answer, there is no answer. Can't someone do something about this?

The same thing happened to me.  It was a foreign voice on the other end -- middle eastern.  The phone rings, I answer, then it rings again.  When I answered he (the caller) asked for Ali!

This number, 1-791-664-9682, has been calling my cell phone 27 times in the past month.  They never, ever have left a message. I have returned the call but the person at the other end does or pretends that he does not speak English.  Thank goodness for me having caller ID.  Just to give all the people out there a little heads up.

SAME THING AS EVERYONE ELSE. ANSWERED PHONE IT RANG A GUY CAME ON THE LINE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HIM. HE WAS ASKING ABOUT MY INSURANCE. HE SAID HE NEEDED INFO SO THEY COULD SEND ME MONEY. GRANTED I AM EXPECTING CHECK FROM INSURANCE. HE NEVER SAID WHAT INSURANCE COMPANY I HAD. I ASK HIM FOR A MANAGER BECAUSE I COULDNT UNDERSTAND HIM HE HUNG UP....JERK WISH I KNEW WHO THIS WAS. HE BEST NOT CALL BACK OR HE WILL GET A EAR FULL !!!

I just got a call from a man (at this number) who asked for me by name. He then told me that he had received my application for health insurance and it was approved. Because of his accent I wasn't entirely sure what he said so I asked him to repeat himself. I told him that I have health insurance in place through my husband and any additional coverage would not be compatible with our current insurance, so there is absolutely no way I would ever apply for additional coverage. He said my name again and then he started saying my address but the call was cut off. I'm guessing "the boss" monitors what is said but he didn't want me to know exactly what information they have of mine. It's entirely scary.
My phone registered on caller ID the number and as the name it said V03270914590002. I have no idea what that means, but thought I'd write it here. I'm not sure if I should be calling local police about this to warn others in the area or what to do next.

I didn't get a chance to answer. They called my cell phone and didn't leave a message. Within the last hour I've received at least 5 calls. All numbers are different and one was restricted.

This number has called me 18 times in one hour, 6 blank voicemails. It called 12 more times before that about two hours prior I believe. This a Uruguay number, the company they belong to along with some of it's "employees" are regular scammers. I've done a good deal of research on the number, the company and the employees known for scamming, a few people have fallen victim to this and lost 100s of thousands of dollars to these companies because they believe in their phishing. Do not answer this call, most of the time it is a silent call, no one leaves a message, if so it is blank. Rarely a human is on the other end, when they are they have a middle eastern accent or what seemed to sound like Spanish. They will continue to call, please I warn you again do not fall prey to these phishers.

They called me 7 times in a row last Sat. Caller id says "Invalid Phone Number, Russia" 7 916 649?68?2

This number called me same thing they hung up when I started asking questions and when u call back a second time the number claims to have been disconnected I say scam or they r attempting to steal people's identity so be careful and tell them wrong number or don't answer it

they called twice regarding health insurance, when I answered my phone, it rang like I had made the call, when I said I had insurance, I hung up.  I then got another call from 468-299-7715, same man, same accent, Asian of some kind, wanting to know if "don't you want the answer to the application you filled out".  I asked what application, he said "for a car or a house"....Really-I would go to my bank or credit union for either of these, and haven't for a number of years!!!! At least they respect me enough not to sell my information

I don't answer if I don't like the caller ID.  Haven't liked this one since the first call I got xearly this morning.  The phone is listed in my caller ID six times already today.  Inbetween times, other #'s I discovered on the complaint list here called also.  I'm going to the FCC website.  You can make online complaints there.  It has worked for me a few times.  You might try it also.  Good luck all.
