They call so frequent that 83% of my extension's CID belongs to them only. Phone system deletes the phone numbers that is more essential to the operation of any company and will be replaced by this number. This is a ground for proper complaint to the authorities, I hope their legal team will look this into consideration.

Hi,
I have received plenty of calls from this number too. If it's from Mashreq Bank, I think the bank should really do something with their collection agent in India. It's clear that they do not have a centralized system and that their agents do not really know what they are doing. In my case, I have fully cleared all my debts with the bank, ages ago. The bank must train their agents on Customer Service, otherwise, this department might be their downfall.
