HSBC- when you approach your overdraft limit- say they are seeing if they can help but really seeing why overdraft is being used

A had a few calls from this number, different days, different times of a day. It's usually just one ring and they hung up; I think they expext me to call back and probably charge me for the call... Don't know how to find out who this is and how to stop them though... Has anyone had the same problem?

I've got a missed call from this number, and got a voice message just few words said hello.
I saw 0800 i thought that was free number. I phoned back to find out. Then my phone stopped me from go over credit limit. I assumed i had to pay for the call. Then i did not call again. When searching for this number i just find out this...lucky me not reveal any personal data.

Said they were from HSBC (dodgy phone line from Mumbai). Wanted me to confim the second part of my postcode. At this point I wasn't having it and asked to take a number from them to call them back (which I didn't). They gave me this number 08457 606060

It is the HSBC fraud line. They called me to say there had been an unusual transaction on my account, which did turn our out to be dodgy so my credit card was cancelled and a new one issued.

I picked up and he said it is HSBC but first needs to take me through security asking me for parts of my birthday and postal code. I just made up something.

Not sure from whom is the call from, but looks like fraud to get personal details.
