I received the same call around 20 minutes ago. It sounded scammy so I googled on it and found this. I just did a lookup on www.reloadmybill.com and it looks to have been taken down. I was going to test it on urlquery.net but they also reported it can't be found, seems to have been removed from DNS.

I just received the same thing from number 800-254-2417. I did not go to the website www.reloadmybill.com because it seemed suspicious.

I received a robocall from 800-173-2204, claiming it was from AT&T, directing me to a website at www.reloadmybill.com to get $200 off my phone bill for being a loyal, long time customer, just for signing in. The site is decked out to look rather like an AT&T site but it asked for one's user ID, password, SSAN, etc. It smelled like phishey to me and so I didn't play. BEWARE!
