"Mary" is a name that Cana and Rob make up so that anyone can answer the phone and say she's not in right now but I can schedule interview for you. I was a recruiter and worked in the call center... Don't trust them!!!

When I worked their, they told us the reason why they didn't hire the other race was because of their slang and the way they were interpreted on the phones(which really upset me and pissed me off because my son is mixed). I worked there for 2 years and it was the worst 2 years of my life. Cana got mad at four girls for going out to dinner. She then called them in one by one to ask each of them what we talked about and was anything said about her at dinner. She threatened if she found out that anything was said about the company or if they went out again they would be fired!  We were not aloud to talk at all, like you said, Cubicles(very large ones) were put in. We were not allowed to smoke and if she found out you smoked you would be fired. Some girl came in with perfume on to hide the smoke smell but Cana fired her because she smelled it. She said it's company policy. The meetings were nice, they actually let you communicate with the group, but then the rest of the time you were in a "Cage." The paychecks sucked, I agree. The turnover rate was like no other, but I understand why. Sorry about your bad experience but their is plenty more out their they manipulated. At least we were not the ones going to the interviews and getting the run around!! Good luck with everything. :)

I am glad people have finally caught on to the Rob and Cana!  Let me share my experience:

I began working for the company in the summer of 2006. I was fresh out of college (EU, for the local people), and I was looking for a summer job.  I was already working a part time job for a local office supply company and wanted a job that paid a little bit more.  I applied for the job and was called in for an interview the next day.  The interview last for about 15 minutes and they called me back the same day and said I had the position.  I was excited because they sweet talked me with the ?plus commission? part of the deal.  I had never worked in a call center before and I was not sure what to expect, so I tried it out.
So, for the first few weeks the job seemed pretty normal.  I did overlook the fact that I was the only person of color that was employed by them and they didn?t have any male employees. Everyone else was white, young looking, and the girls that actually went out to do the interviews were all skinny, had blond hair and looked very similar (odd thing number 1).  After the 1 day of training (which was not even a full day because I had to leave and go to my other job around 2pm), I was on the phones trying to convince people to come to an interview that I could not tell them any thing about.  We were given a script of what to say.  We were never suppose to deviate from the script and if the person started asking to many questions we were suppose to tell them Rob or Cana would answer all of their questions when they came to the interview (odd thing number 2).
Being that I worked in sales for 3 years prior, I was pretty good at convincing people to come to these interviews.   I always had high numbers (I usually booked around 100-130, and around 80 would usually show up at the hotels), and never had to attend any extra training meetings on how to get people to come to an interview.  So I thought that I would have a pretty good pay check off commissions and overtime for booking so many people.  WRONG.  I only made between 250 and 280, and never made over 300.  This is sad because I was working 43+ hours a week.  I was using this as a full time job and still had my office supply job as a part-time/weekend job.  The only person that I know made and real money off commission at this place was an older lady who worked every day all day, and on Saturdays.  At the time she was the only one who worked on Saturdays (odd thing number 3).
So, I hung in there and tried to make the best of it.  I made friends, despite the fact they did not like the employees talking to each other at all.   Employees in the call center were supposed to be on the phones at all times and we couldn?t take breaks or lunches at the same time as anyone else.  Ok, so I dealt with that. I didn?t start to lose it with them until I couldn?t handle the lying anymore.  Every thing that Jessica previously stated is true.   DealerSTAFF claims that you are "hired" after you completed the training, they tell you that they already have a dealership that has a position for you, and they send you to a dealership that usually has no idea that you are coming.  The books they made people buy?the office supply company I worked for printed them out (I worked in the printing department), and the books were very cheap, definitely not worth the 35 people were paying for them. People who work in the call center are not allowed to talk to any of the potential candidates who came in on the training days.  I remember one time Rob yelled and threatened to throw a guy out of a training session because he didn?t have a tie on.  He embarrassed him in front of every one and they guy had to borrow a tie from someone else and one of my co-workers had to tie it for him because he didn?t know how.  Rob would always fly off the handle about any little thing that happened at those meetings, but no one questioned him and no one was going to.
Cana, she?s a different story.  She would always come off as nice and sweet to your face, but if you really got to know her she was a complete B(word).  The only thing I know she did all day (if she was ever at the office), was sit in her little room and listen to everyone?s phone conversations making sure that we were making calls and not socializing. I have never worked for a company that didn?t want their employees to get to know each other.  The only time we were allowed to talk was on those Monday morning meetings where she and Rob would try to find out what everyone did.  She would also mark our time cards (with her stupid red pen) any time we came in past 8:05.  LOL?To me that was a little obsessive.
The day I quit, I don?t think I have ever been that mad in my whole life.  First off, I didn?t have a break all day (and this was one of hour 10hr days).  My co-worker was leaving and I decided to take a smoke break (I smoked at the time but have since quit, yay me!) and talk to her for 15 mins.  At the time employees could smoke on the property, but after this things changed, or so I heard.  Not paying any real attention, I left my headset on attached around my neck and went out side for my smoke break.  Usually when a person left their desk we just left our headsets around our necks and went to do whatever it is we had to do.  When I came back in to the building Cana called me into her office and Rob proceeded to yell loudly at me for smoking with the headset on.  I was so shocked that he was yelling that loud at me that I didn?t even say anything the whole time I was in the office.  The Cana stepped in with this whole ?How dare you take a smoke break with my property on you?.  They yelled at me for a good 10 mins and everyone else who worked in the building heard the conversation and all looked stunned when I walked out of the room.  I was so mad I was crying, they didn?t even give me a chance to say anything and called me disrespectful and a ton of other nasty things that Managers do not say to employees.  They even sent me home to think about what I had done (like I was 10 years old) and did not allow me to get my paycheck (it was payday).  I have worked various jobs ranging from sales, to teacher, to Research Associate and never in my life has anyone treated me so horribly.  Granted, I know I should not have walked out side with the stupid headset on but at the same time this is not how you treat an employee, you do not yell and belittle them like they are a dog.
I really don?t care if anyone believes my story or not.  I just had to get off my chest how I really felt about these people because if they really were as Christian as they claimed, people would not quit their job every other day.  I have never seen a company with such a high turnover rate as theirs.  I worked to many hours for those people, to many long days, did everything they asked of me and still I was not respected.  They never hired another person of color the whole 6 months I was there and they probably never will.  I think they are racist and prejudice and just pain mean.  I wanted to report them to the BBB, but I figured they would come after me with a lawyer and I was fresh out of college, I didn?t have the money for that.
Since leaving DealerSTAFF, I have been working for 2 years with the state of North Carolina at one of the local Universities.  I have been working since I was 16 and this is the only time anything like this has ever happened to me.  I have never had such a bad experience as I did at this place and I am so glad that I quit.

Yup, wasted 2 days taking this freakin' online seminar which guaranteed me a 90,000 / yr job. Everything this sleezeball said went against my 25 years experiences in sales.  If you want to work in an environment where it's dog eat dog, forget about "teamwork", and having to SUCK UP to someone just to get a promotion and oh yeah, forget about your family life, working 9 to 8 everday and Saturdays...then go ahead. I'm just glad they didn't get a penny from me. They told me , after completeing the course to go to a dealer for an interview and meet the Sales Manager. Everything was confirmed. After shaving my moustache and goatie, which I have always had, I get to the dealership only to be told by the receptionist, not the sales manager that they were not hiring at this time. Total waste of time. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER send them a dime and if you are really interested in making a career at a car dealership, go to them directly.... and good luck sleeping

I looked into a position claiming to have Dealership online internet sales jobs for Buford, GA on http://www.primecb.com/ (CareerBuilder site).

I applied online thinking a valid job may be available. At 7:30pm after my normal business hours, a call came in that I did not recognize the number, 336-578-3500. The lady left a toll free number of 1-800-201-5473 for a call back for a supposed interview.

These type calls for jobs, and I look constantly being a consultant for 18 years, had a few red flag items I look for in scams. 1st, calling me after 5pm. Legitimate businesses don't call at night. Second, the call back number was different from the Caller ID number and city location.

I used first www.anywho.com and a reverse phone number lookup. It lead to this company name (The 336 area code).

DealerStaff
110 Riverbend Rd.
Graham, NC 27253

As a rule, even in contracting, unless with one of my regular clients, I do not do business with companies outside the North Georgia or Atlanta Metro Areas. I never apply with out of state companies, unless they have a physical satellite office close to me I can see and visit.

A Yahoo Search of the Company Name brought me here. If nothing would have popped up, I would have checked them with the BBB in North Carolina in their County. I don't think I need to check further. It is clear they have ripped off many people with fake job ads. The Cult thing is a first for me.

I may call them just to record any BS they wish to spew, then turn it over to the North Carolina State Attorney's office for fun.

No legitimate job offer from any company, should ever ask you for money to  work for them.

Thanks for the heads up. This whole search on the phone number and finding out they are a trash Liar scam, took less than 10 minutes of research.

Note: Read more under the phone 336-578-3500

I recently stumbled on this company while job hunting. Everything is as it seems from the comments on here. The website and IP address are registered to Rob Selfors. This company is NOT NOT (one last time) NOT what it seems at ALL. This is a total and complete scam that preys on both ends. I have a very close family friend in Franklin TN who owns a Honda dealership. I should have contacted him directly but chose to hear these people out. This scam targets both sides of the house, according to a man who has owned dealerships for 25 years. They used to charge 35$ for a fake seminar per applicant. Now they simple scam low revenue dealerships to flit the bill. The reason for the change in "business" model? It turns out they have been investigated by the US Dept of Labor, the GA Dept of Consumer Affairs, and the NC Dept of Labor. They are no longer allowed by law to conduct their "seminars" in Nashville or Atlanta. If you are invited to one you are advise to contact your local district attorney. And in fact after 33 calls, I can not find 1 dealership in Nashville that actually does business with them. Yeah I gave up after 33, I'm just that lazy I guess.

Now for the twist. If you do a bit of investigating and are good with computers you'll find out a lot more behind this company than just a car sales scam. Dig a just a tad deeper and you will find the name "RICK WARREN". Mr. Warren is the fringe of the fringe of evangelical ministers. He operates what he calls, "mega churches" mostly in CA. Google his name, or SADDLEBROOK CHURCH. This company is another of his offshoots that scams money in order to fund what seems more like a cult than a church. Sounding a bit nuts am I? Well, I wish it was me, but unlike these nutjobs "testimonials", mine come with actual names... of places... and things.. that really exist. What kind of proof is "received on official letterhead".

Just like any other crazies, FLDS, Scientology, and Fringe Evangelical Groups, this man is out for 1 thing and thats control of your money and your mind. He has written 1 book, "The Purpose Driven Life", in which he dismisses traditional conservative Christian values and your "purpose" is to hand over large sums of money to his "charities" in order to, blah blah do god's will, you all know the spill . If you try to dig up information you will find really nothing of substance, and thousands and thousands of pages worth of random propaganda. To include, false charities, false documents from heads of states praising Warren (their wiki page changes daily, always putting up falsities IE Warren was in newsweek's 15 people who make America great, and many more), and if you look closely to Dealerstaff.net you'll even notice that their "Atlanta Office" photo, is actually an architectural plan illustration from a Seattle based firm that confirmed the building never left the tentative stages of development.

This is the CON side to a "church", that very much walks the line between religion and cultism. (you can tell which category I place them in) Friendly advice: DONT EVEN TAKE THEIR CALLS. You are just wasting your time. Free sales training? Nope, its mostly evangelical based preaching through a sales front. Need more proof than me ranting? Just read the comments on this page. It should be painfully obvious to discern the false propaganda from the reality. Any crazies who wish a debate on this topic you'll find my email below. (Note to people in this organization, LIER is spelled LIAR... Sorry that's been bugging me for hours).

Do your own research from what I started, but in the end there is but one lesson here:

STAY AWAY FROM INSANE PEOPLE WANTING YOUR MONEY!!!!!
(that or just string them along as I did for a good laugh, it's better than daytime TV I promise)
