I have been receiving this message as  a private caller for months. sick of it, and dont know who this is.

That doesn't work - they called my daughter - she was trying to make payment arrangements on an NSF from her bank account and the supervisor got on the phone and was horrible to her.  I called and the supervisor wouldn't get on the phone with me.  I told them we will deal directly with the bank.  I DARE them to call her again.

It doesn't matter if you are on the National Do Not Call List.  If you or someone at your number has every done business with them or if they bought your debt from another company, they have every right to call you.  If you want them to stop calling, you need to send them a cease and desist letter via certified mail.

This is debt buyer collection scam company.  They've been calling my cell M thru F for months, leaving a message to  call Hector Valasquez.  Since I am not behind on any debts and never have been, I am not going to call them back.  Sick of it.

They called me several times and asked for dave!!!! I told them they have the wrong number!!!

This is from a credit collection agency called NCO Financial. Looks bogus!  I just got this cell phone!  They just hope someone will believe they are in collections and hand over credit card information to pay some ridiculous medical bill or bill in collections.

They call my number about six times a day asking for some lady, so finally i ANSWERED there call
and waited to press 3 which calls them back and i discussed with a ACTUAL LADY not the computer generator voice and told her that they are mistaking me with the wrong Person.

This # keeps calling and I don't know who thwy are. I don't owe any debt so take me off your calling list!

They have called both my work number and my home number, both of which are supposedly on the National Do Not Call Registry!

Second time this NCO has called on a two different cell numbers my wife has had.    She changed number in Nov. and still they call the new number asking for some Womack guy -- won't give us any information -- beginning to think this womack guy has gotten some of our personal info.  Credit reports don't show anything, but how does NCO get the new number and still look for this same guy?  They, NCO, won't give us any information as to why or what they are looking for.  Any suggestions as to how we can find out what is going on?  Makes us a little worried.

Next time they call, have your daughter take down their mailing address & send a letter (certified mail) demanding that they stop calling. By law they have to. Here's one I have pre-made she can use. Make sure she puts the creditors info & her name & cell number on there as well & keep the green card (forever) that says they received it.

"Under the fair credit reporting act, please do not contact me by phone, mail or otherwise again.  Should you attempt to contact me again, I will report you to the Federal Trade Commission."

Report them to the FTC anyway. ;)

called my work number. someone else took a message saying it was Shadea (yeah i bet she is) from NCO Financial. i'm in debt with lots of people. wish i knew who specifically is trying to track me down. oh well.

I received many phone calls as well. They call at 8 am over and over again. When I finally picked up a recording said to call Hector Valasquez back. I called back and had them take my number off. They said they were looking for a "Nancy." They apologized but we'll see if my number actually gets taken off

this # keeps calling my minor daughters cell. It wastes her minutes and she has asked them 3 times to remove the # from there call logs.

Called my cell and left message for me to call Hector Valasque at this number, but the number on my phone was 225-3477, with no area code.

This number called me twice today. I didn't answer the first time. They hung up and called right back. I've also recieved several other calls from 1-800 numbers coming back to this company. STOP CALLING!
