I have been dealing with this company for a number of years, i go to the hospital quite frequently and due to my financial situation, my accounts often end up in collections. ProCo is very helpful and understanding. There have been a few times where I couldn't make my monthly payment, and after explaining my situation they gave me a 30 day extension. I feel like they are more like patient advocates than bill collectors!

I believe they are a debit collector for various hospitals. They only leave number to call. They do not say who they are.

just got a call from 215 543 6904, left msg ask call back at 1800 206 8662. stated it's about very important business matter, not a sale call.

The company calling me was Pro Co and it was about a bill from Jefferson Hospital, the lady was actually pretty nice to me and thats unusual for a bill collector. Caller ID said 800 service and the phone number.

they called me and my mothers phone number too and as soon as we answer they hang up.

and they call once every month

they called my CELL PHONE and said that I had an unclaimed invoice for a doctor's visit and they only asked for my street address which they could have found on the internet too! and I never received an invoice!! VERY STRANGE!!

my 10year old daughter took a call from this number, who is a medical bill collections office attempted to collect money for a hospital bill.
the lady asked my daughter how old she was and if she was home alone. i called them back and told them it was unacceptable and the man who took my call agreed.

This call has ALL of the signs of a Telemarketing Scam! Do not provide ANY personal information. If it doesn't make sense, its most likely fraud. The woman claimed to be from a collection agency for unpaid medical bills. I have never been to the hospital in the city I'm currently living in, so she compared my date of birth and last 4 numbers of my SSN to the ones she had on file. Obviously they were not a match, so she took my phone number off their files. I'm not entirely certain if I should have given her even that little information, but it's already done now. Hope they aren't a scam.

it is a collection agency for unpaid medical bills.  they are very nice and make sure you are taken care of, and do not hassle you.  they also do not report to credit.

Received the same thing.  They don't identify themselves when you call back and you are automatically placed on hold listening to a generic message.  Sounds like a rip off business...

I keep getting calls and they leave a message for someone else entirely (my message clearly says my name not the name of the person they are calling.)He claims to be from a hospital. I had surgery at that hospital not long ago. So I don't know what the deal is.

I am getting calls from this number. The caller leaves a recorded message on voice mail asking to call back and claiming that it's not a sales call.
