Just Google'd it to see how was calling me on Sunday with a "Toll Free Number".  I do have a credit card with them but no problem with it.  Make all my payments as soon as I receive the statement.  It's sickening how many of these I get.  I also have an answering machine and let it get the calls and I don't have to worry about running, and falling, on the way to get it.  And the same with my calls, never a message left.  I'm on the national NCL but I guess since I have their credit card they can call me.  Never tried calling them and telling them personally not to call me.  That's the next step!!!

Here is yet ANOTHER annoying caller!  The same applies to you...

My digital camera takes lovely photos of my Caller I.D. which should display very nicely on a TV screen... you know, the major Network channels such as Primetime, 60 Minutes, take your pick.  Makes for great stories such as "What Ever Happened to the Do Not Call List".... Stay tuned!  ;-)  (Keep them coming and take a picture if you can.)

This number calls about every 45 minutes, but shows as "not provided" so we normally don't pick up.  The couple of times that we have picked up, there is no one on the line or there is a recorded message from WaMu stating they would like to speak to us about some sort of offer and left us a number to give THEM a call back.  So annoying!  We're on the no call list also, but this number calls us soooo many times a day, every day!

I received a call from this number.  They were asking for my husband but would not leave a message.  I called the number back it is Wa Mu Bank soliciting accounts and credit.

After blacklisting 3048772950, this number now calls instead. Both are WaMu, both are getting ridiculous. I have now blacklisted this number as well but fully expect WaMu to call with a new number. When I blacklist a number the caller never hears the phone ring, and a recoding of a message is played stating "this number has been disconnected":)

Hopefully a class action suit is brought against WaMu for this. I have months worth of logs showing these fools calling multiple times a day, every day, consistently.

This is the most annoying caller.
They call and never leave a message.
If they would leave a message it would be nice.
But caller ID picks it up.
Don't rush to answer that number, just keep a log of it and the number of times it calls my house.

I get a call from this number about 2-3 times a day.  It is very annoying.  I have registered my number several times in the donotcall list but it is not working.

Usually call 2 or 3 times a day.  Never leave a message.  New phone has call blocking build in, so I activated it to their number last night.  I don't think they liked it.  6 times between 7:am and 1:pm today alone.  Caller ID shows only "Toll free" and the number.
Ps.  I'm on the Do not call list, also.

I'm pretty sure it's Washington Mutual that is having their call center call us.  The person will ask to speak to the Owner and when I say "speaking" they transfer me to Washington Mutual who answers "hello?".  What kind of business practice is this?  By the way, we aren't even the person/business they're calling about in the first place.  Caller ID shows up as "unknown".  I guess that's how they get around the law i.e., by having a call center call us with unknown ID, Washington Mutual can't be held responsible.  I'm looking for a way to sue them as I'm sick of these phone calls.  Yes, I have blocked the number, but depending on the independent phone caller, the number changes.  We have instructed them not to call, but to no avail.  You'd think if they wanted the money owed them, they're figure out where the real debtor is.

1-800-207-5933 is Washington mutual if you want of there list call 1-800-285-5629 it could take up to a week for them to stop calling you but they will just get you name and number off there list. put in all zeros for your account number if you don't have one and all zero's for you social as you don't want them to have that info anyway. and that will get you off the automated system and to and operator.

It's WAMU (Washington Mutual Bank). They just bought Providian, too. If you have a card with either they will call you incessantly. If you call the number back, skip the information choice and go straight to an agent. They will transfer you to their marketing recording which will then give you a chance to opt out of their phone calling schemes. BEWARE: it takes a while and you have to keep on the line and keep repeating over and over that you want NO PHONE CALLS. Quite annoying but supposedly they will take you off their calling list.

They also mention that by Federal Law they are required to have their name come across your caller ID, which it obviously doesn't. I think this needs to be reported.

i think this is a collection company, Allied
Interstate.  Calls me 5-7 times a day, no message, hangs up when i say hello.  I finally called back to a different number with Omega as their name, the same problem, they both  say they're Allied Interstate.  I told them it was a wrong number.
Allied Intersate is a collection division of IQOR.  They contract with the U S department of education.

EVERY DAY....minimum of 4-5 times.  No messages either.  I work from home and this caller has interrupted work related calls constantly.  At some point doesn't it become harrassment???????

This caller keeps dialing our number, repeatedly, day  after day and never a message..tally today, 5 times and is just past noon !!! Irritating, annoying and more...Not one to break sweat or a leg to dash for phone, is why machine answer/message capable...Have tried blocking, still seems to come thru , REPEATEDLY and REPEATEDLY, NOT EVEN A MESSAGE LEFT !!!

Received this sales call one week after signing up for credit card from WaMu. The heavily-accented phone monkey "Brenda Ramos" offered "identity theft protection" for a high monthly fee. The general tone of the call sounded like extortion to me, as if I must buy it or they will steal my identity. Checked later with my WaMu branch and the quoted amount was 2x what WaMu offers for the same protection. Monkey could only read from script, and answered all questions after a lengthy pause to find another spot in the script. They finally gave callback number 866-833-0115 which appears to be "The Business Card Call Center". Most annoying sales call in a looong time.

I requested they remove my tel. # from their marketing call list and they indicated they would do so withgin 24 hours.

I've gotten these calls 4 times today. If you are on the National Do Not Call list then I suggest you do what I did and register a Complaint agains WAMU. It's very easy and here's the Link: https://www.donotcall.gov/

Received several calls from this number, finally got someone to speak when we picked up.  It is Washington Mutual - we had recently applied for a new card from them.  It is a sales call and we requested to be added to their do not call list.  However they just continue on and on and on.

Finally I just told them that they can never call here again, and all future calls will be documented and reported as we NEVER gave them this phone number.  We gave them a different number and this number is unlisted - so we still have no clue how they got it.  SKETCHY!!!
