Finger hut keep on sending me bills that I owe them money which is not true. Am so afraid of this company they will put me to credit board ab I owe them nothing now I  paid them off an they still sending me bill I dont know what to do with fingerhut anymore.

It is absolutely impossible too call this listed fingerhut customer service # and not get other then someone from another country, even if u ask too speak too a USA rep they will put u on hold and then hang up on you.. I think I'm going too totally
discontinue my doing business with a Company that does business in this manner.. Beware of 800 208 2500 it will just lead too frustration and disconnects...

I order a chair send it back.they get the chair but still one dept saying they did not.after  month they say the have it but the other dept saying they don't .All this time the calling & calling saying I owe they.This has now been 2months & counting.No one has a  number of people that's  in corporate. When you ask for management there is no one around.this is sad.That a company like this could operate  in this manner.

It appears Fingerhut Corp. is finding it difficult to manage their consumers records appropriately.

Yes, this number appears to be fingerhut marketing.  If you have a fingerhut account, log into your account, go to "My Account" and under the "communication preferences" uncheck the box that says "Yes! It is ok to extend marketing offers to me by phone".  They sneakily have added this option when you first made your fingerhut account and use it to annoy the hell out of their customers.

Multiple hang-up calls. Another good reason not to do business with them.

when you receive a call from fingerhut just request to be put on their do-not-call list and be sure your nice about it because it takes one button on computer to activate it and if they don't like what you say they can accidentally hit another key and your back to square one.

It is fingerhut.  I am a customer, but they call constantly for no real reason.  my account is current and they still call all the time

This is Fingerhut.  They left a message that a package had shipped (which we were glad to hear) and also had the info in the message on how to stop receiving the calls.

I get calls from the unprofessionals all the time, they want to try selling you something, they offer some kind of grimy insurance too, so they can put it on yhour credit card and charge you interest and finance fees, don't fall for it. I use to order from them all the time but now will never.

Caller ID reads: "Fingerhut" ::: Who these people are or what they sell is mind-baffling. They've called my cell phone on several occasions. Dunno?
