Same crap. Recorded message about claiming $200 credit on my AT&T bill. I hung up after 15 seconds...

I have had this call twice now so I let him talk a bit more. He claimed to be from the Nebraska Department of Health and had record of my use of birth control that I could receive medical compensation for. He couldn't tell me what year or what the name of the bc was. I told him I had to go and got this number so I could call him back. I have already called the actual NDH and reported it. The NDH does not place calls like this so please be careful on what personal information you give them.

In the US if you win a damage award as a plaintiff or a class action member, you *DO NOT PAY TO COLLECT* that award! Your legal notices are not going to come through mysterious phone calls from incomprehensible cretins in South Asia.

They call me with the birth control story...I poured on the tears and told him I have been trying to have a baby for years and how could someone be so rude to ask such a question.  They also have called RE: dental insurance.  
Once when they called I just said "the body is in the trunk and the keys are in the rock pavilion"! They hung up....

He said he was from State Medical Health Department. I questioned him to verify it was an actual state agency and he two-stepped. BLOCK Em. Sounds like jockying for class action law suit pursuit (birth control questions) and we all know only Attorneys profit from those.

I just got a call from Lisa.  I could barely understand her.  She  said she got my medical records from my "nearest medical center" and that I could be financially compensated for taking birth control for long term.  She was calling from Brooklyn NY.  She didn't have a supervisor I could talk to.  When I told her I was on the national no call list she said "ok, you're losing out on money"!  I told her I would be reporting her call to the DA and hung up.

Same exact situation. Could hardly understand him. He wanted all of my medical information pertaining to a compensattion of the birth control of yaz. Yeah, right!!! Be on the lookout for another scam. He also stated that he didn't need my birthdate or SS number. How crafty!! What a bunch of morons! Ladies please be careful because it is geared toward the female population. I will be reporting this.

Called me with same message about long term birth control use. Said his name was Harry Johnson, such an accent could hardly understand him. Said he was from the State Health Department in Washington DC. Tried *69 but was told couldn't go through.

He said his name is John Miller.  He said my Health Records showed long term birth control use. He called on my cell phone with an unknown number.

Got the same message. Looks like other people have gotten this number for student loan collections. Sounds like a scam to me. I would call the FDA and ask them if they have heard of this company claiming they are representing them. It may be a Federal Offence if they are pretending to be a Federal Agency.

Said his name was Shaun Maclain and his advisor was Alex Morgan. Sounded Asian not Scottish or American.

I got the same number! They said I'm eligible for compensation because of the drugs I took....first of all  i dont take meds!! i am only 30.
