This guy keeps calling me too. I didn't call back.  I figured it was a scam so I looked it up and found this site. I love the internet!

This guy calls me almost daily. I called back once and gave them an ear full. They just hung up. My number is on the DNC list, but I guess this does not matter. I plan to forward my home phone to my cell phone at work and try to catch them live.

I have been receiving these same calls.  His name is Richard and it is imperative that I call him back.  He tells me to call (888)471-9828 but he called from (213)710-8154.  Will not be calling him back.  Said he was with Transcon Data.

This guy's calling me almost weekly, under the number 800-210-2892. He says "its imperative that I give him a call back" because I "now qualify for our Debt Reduction Allowance Program." I've heard a lot of fishy things connected to this company. Time to shut them up.

Same call on my cell phone which costs me money. Sometimes they hang up on me when I ask to be removed. Sometimes they pretend to remove me, then call again. I'm checking with the FCC regarding recorded messages to cell phones. Everyone else should complain about this compay also.

Just received the same message as everyone else.  I thought it funny that they called about my credit card balances (I only have one) and the minimum payments that are NOT going down (I recently cut my balance in half, and if anything my minimum payments are significantly reduced). They called my cell phone.  I had received calls from another scam a few years ago so I found this site over google.  I will not be calling back, since it doesn't seem to do any good.  I just hope I don't get called several times a week like some have posted.

I just added another cell phone to buisness and instantly started to receive calls and messages from this phone # and I called back a couple of times and they hung up on me everytime. Does anyone have a address to this phone # or a direct contact? There are people out there who need help with there finances and I sure hope they don't fall prey to these jerks. Has anyone ever had a face to face meeting with these scum bags? Please let me know. Life is to short to try to call these people back an explain anything. Just remember the people on the other end are broker than you. Its one thing to need a job but to be treated like your the low life, what a joke. I will be contacting the state to see if there are any actions I can take against this company. Any reply would be helpful. I know there is a ex employee out there that would also have some info fo me.  Thanks!!

I keep getting calls from this company to reduce my credit card debt.  I called them back and talked to Steffaney.  I advised that I will not accept any more calls from this company and to be removed from thier calling list.  I also advised if I do recieve any more calls, I would be reporting this and taking further action.  I actually got an apology but will monitor the calls to see how sincere that was...BEWARE

Chris St James announced an "urgent need" to discuss my debt 800 210-2892. I received numerous messages on my business phone after hours this week. Every time the caller's voice drops off as they say their company name, all point back to this scammer. One was female, but call back number was the same. I may have a sales rep call and pitch a sale every day for a month.....................

"this is Chris St. James from Broadcom. I am calling about your credit card  balances, and the minimum payments that are going up. It is imperative that you call me back at 800-210-2892."
Okay, first of all, I'm 17 and have no credit cards, second of all, he call me twice a week, and never uses the same number when he calls. This is getting old!

I wonder if this is something our corp. security could help us with...?

I keep getting calls from Chris St. James w/Broadcomb about debt reduction.  I have called to have my number removed5 times as the phone they are calling is my work number, all to no avail.  Today I called again and was hung up on 6 times after asking for a supervisor in addition to trying to explain that they have to take my work phone off their list.

I've been trying to track out who is calling my work number for a couple months now.  As shown with all the other comments, they are doing the same to me at my work number.  If I try to call them back, they hang up on me.  Every one of them.

This morning, I now have a new one, same drill.  This time it's QS communications and she ended with "you qualify for the National Debt Assistance Program"

I would love for these people to get caught and stopped.  It's illegal for them to hassle on work phones, but can't seem to figure out a way to get them to stop because they just hang up.

I am sick and tired of getting these harrassing call, because that's what they are to me. they call at the worse times of the day, lunch time, relax time. I call back just to mess with them, but when you don't give them the info they want, they hang up. that tells me there's something wrong right there.I get calls several times a day from many different ones about the same thing. this debt reduction deal.

Got the same msg, like a week after getting a new number at work, I called it like 20 times asking for a manager or there address and every time they hang up, even when you get the same person when you call back. They ask if you are in debt and if you would like help, A few times i was like sure i would love help with my debt, "how much do you own sir" they ask ahh I think about $10 for a lunch yesterday i answer, after about a min they hang up on you. Big time scam! I wish there was something I could do to shut this place down! I would sue in a heart beat the pants off Mr. Stjames. my 2 cents

I got a call on my cell phone from these people in the afternoon then again in the evening.  After doing some quick web searches I called my cell phone provider and asked about blocking calls from certain numbers.  Verizon does not offer this at this time but the feature should be available by the end of the year (or sooner).  The only help she could offer me was to increase my plan minutes (and yes, that would cost me money) so that I didn't get overage charges from these scam artists.  Since I rarely use even 75% of my minutes I politely declined her offer.  Now if I can just keep from going crazy from these calls...

I got a call from Chris St. James yesterday. He left a voicemail saying my credit card payment was past due and I am now in debt, but he'd like to help me get out of it and I REALLY needed to call him.
So I FREAKED OUT! I don't have a credit card and I just paid off the little debt I had a year ago...
I called and he was of course busy. The lady began to talk and I interrupted her and said, 'I'm really scared because I don't have a credit card and I shouldn't have any debt!!!'
HER: I'm sorry to bother you...
ME: wait... so you didn't know if I had debt?
HER: No...
ME: WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT TO ME?!?!?! OR ANYONE!!! You REALLY Scared Me!!!
She then told me they would take my number off the list...

I called back today bc I want to report them, but I can't get a straight answer from any employee...
They either hang up on me when I ask what their company is called or they give me different company names...
I only got a company name twice, one being Debt Reduction Center and another one being Consumer Credit.
