Asked for owner or bookkeeper. Call was from Lowe's and was to my cell phone.

They have called our business TWICE asking for the owner or the Accounts Receivable dept. about an "important business matter" and specified this was not a sales call. I returned the call. It was their Hot Check Dept. and I advised they called us in error, as we do not even shop there.

They called and left a message at our office wanting to speak with the Business Owner or someone in Bookkeeping & stated it was not a "sales" call. I phoned the number and asked the rep. what dept. I was calling and she said the Returned Check Division. Obviously, they phoned our business in error.

Had a check bounce at Lowe's. Glad they called. These people are nice on the phone. Yes they charged me $20. They did not threaten to dig up dead relatives. If you owe them money pay it or talk to them. I'm just a guy no other Lowe's experience or axe to grind.
